I bought the grey Axe detailer a few weeks ago. During the first week I purchased it, I wasn't able to use it, but then I tried and it was great! But after the second time I used the detailer, the mesh started to come out a little. I tried ignoring it and tucking it through a different part of the mesh, but it and more keep coming out during every usage.

I’ve been a frequent user of the axe shower tool. But as of lately I’ve been need to switch out my product due to the mesh coming undone. Unfortunately if this keep happening i will need To switch my shower tool because I’m just wasting money switching out my tool almost monthly.

I had a pink version (women's release) and it lasted forever! I bought this version, one for my husband and one for myself, they both started to fall apart after it's 2nd/3rd use. The strings tying the loofah side came undone and start to detach from the main scrubber. Why is there such an inconsistencies between the two?
