A: The toy is not battery operated.

Q: If the paddle wheel doesn’t take batteries then what is the on/off switch for on the paddle wheel frame?

A: Hi DaBee, the paddle wheel can be fixed into a position. Slide the switch, and the wheel is now able to spin, spin, spin... The spinning action will occur with the water friction, not because it is battery-powered. We hope this helps. - Team B.

Whale brush has no drain hole. The toy is a Home for mold. Unfortunate because they’re cute.

Hi Aniii! Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We agree - toys that go in the bathtub need to be cleaned extra carefully to avoid water accumulation, which can lead to mold growth over time. Here's our recommended cleaning method to disinfect toys using only natural/non-toxic products: Simply fill a bowl with hot water (about 4 cups) and add in 1/4 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of baking soda (you can also add in a few drops of baby-safe essential oils like Eucalyptus or Mandarin). Place your toys inside your cleaning concoction and suck up some of it to disinfect the interior. Let sit overnight and rinse thoroughly in the morning! We hope you find this helpful, and that your kiddo(s) can enjoy the B. toys Fish and Splish for years to come. Sincerely, Team Battat

My almost 2 year old and 4 year old can play with this toy for an hour and not get bored - making bath time very long since we got it 😂 I love that one of the toys has a nail brush on it and another toy doubles as a comb. There are also some cups included that have holes on the bottom for rinsing hair.

My daughter got this as a gift at Christmas when she was 18 months, we have now had it for three months and she is still interested in the toy! There are many aspects to it, stacking cups, captain, fish & fishing pole game and the boat itself. She always plays with it in some capacity every night. Such a great gift and toy, this is the longest she’s been interested in one bath toy! Also, I’m very careful with mold and this does not grow mold as easily as other bath toys. The captain started to grow some mold after a few months but was easily cleaned since the bottom is open. The other pieces do not show signs of mold growth. Very pleased.

I bought this for my 3 year old and both he AND my 7 year old LOVE it!! They’re always asking to take baths so they can play with the boat. And when one is in the tub, the other comes in and tries to play, too! I’m constantly saying, “don’t worry you can take your bath next.” I love the size and that all the smaller toys fit inside the boat! Definitely money well spent!!
