B. toys Poppin' Paddle Ball Game - 4pc

I purchased this Poppin Paddle for my kids to play with while we were stuck inside in our extreme summer heat, and had no idea they would be such a bit hit. These are easy enough for our 2 year old and 4 year old to play with alone or together. They are lightweight, so even when our 4 year old gets a little crazy with it and bops our 2 year old in the head with it, there is no tears. And with the rubber stringy balls being smaller and lightweight they don't cause any damage when they get hit and tossed around the house. They do pick up a lot of hair and lint that I clean out daily though. These have turned out to be a big hit in our home with the adults, teenager and toddlers all playing with them!

I am shocked at how challenging this is and also how much time they have spent with this toy since we got it. Such good coordination practice. The paddles don’t take much to send the koosh ball really flying so it takes a lot of modulation and self control to keep it going where you want it. We play it inside our crowded living room and it’s been pretty safe for that. My kids are 6, 8, and 10.

Of all the pool toys we recently purchased for spring break, this was our favorite of. While we purchased some water toys for our kids, this was purchased for Mom and Dad. Our kids enjoyed them so much, as well, that we plan to purchase more.

These are a hit (pun intended)! We have been having a blast using these as a family. I love how versatile this toy is. You can play with it individually or as a pair. It can be used for a multitude of games; we have tried our hand at paddleball (sans string), tennis, frisbee, and a toddler friendly version of baseball. It can be used at home or on the go, indoors or outdoors. I initially had my doubts that my three year old had enough hand-eye coordination for this activity, but he took to it immediately and in fact I think it has helped him improve in that regard. I appreciate the foam rim because not only does it give my son something solid to hold on to, it ensures that should an accident occur it is unlikely to be painful or cause lasting damage. Aesthetically, the paddles are bright and colorful, pleasing for both adults and children. The balls evoke nostalgia for me and I love bonding over the mutual childhood experience with my son. Plus, the eyes affixed to the balls make for an engaging cartoon-like flair that my son really gets a kick out of. I haven't played with a set like this since ny childhood! It was fun experiencing that feeling, as a mother this time with my children! The velcro has a great grip. I had something similar to this as a child and was excited to find this for my kids. 2 paddles and a kooshie-type ball - a game to keep the kids busy hitting it back and forth. They can really launch the ball too, which is where I get my enjoyment when I have to play. I hit it harder so they have to run. Good quality, fun for all ages (2&up here), and easy to use. Playing with these paddles has been an absolute blast! The surround on the paddles is foam so if someone accidentally gets hit, it doesn’t hurt. The balls for it are like the old koosh balls but are smaller. We have been playing with them inside and I haven’t been worried about lamps, TVs, or game systems being broken during play. The Popping Paddles are so fun! My 3 year old thinks they are mini trampolines, and my 10 year old likes to see how hard he can bounce the ball off of the paddle. Everyone in the family loves them!
