We had a lot of fun unboxing Ellie and all her accessories too, she couldn’t wait to start playing with her, giving Ellie her pacifier, her snack, her cup and such. My daughter loved using her growth chart to show me how much she’s grown too. Ellie also has a hair extension with a crown attached for when she gets older, my daughter loves combing Ellie’s hair. There’s even a skirt too add onto her dress as well! It’s super cute.

Sounds and all the ‘growing’ changes that come with it, make this look almost like real baby in the eyes of our girl! We were not sure about the name Ellie but it stayed and now Ema and Ellie are best best friends and inseparable. Great quality and for Christmas we will be buying more accessories. Highly recommended!

It grows about 4 inches when she nurtures it. You can reset it to baby mode and it does it all over again.

It is so fun to see the look of pure joy on my daughters face as she cares for her doll and watches her grow!! Princess Ellie also speaks various phases as she goes through her stages of growth. And just when you think the fun is over, Princess Ellie can be “reset” and she can grow again and again! Such a cool toy that is not a “one and done” type of toys that get played with once and never touched again. Princess Ellie Grows Up doll has quickly become a favorite in my house and is played with again and again and again. Highly recommend!

The hair piece is my daughter's favorite accessory. We don't use the growth chart as she is only 3. Even my 5 year old loves it though. Very interactive for both girls!

Baby Alive has been around for a long time and it’s still is a family favorite with the little girls in my family. I like the idea of the hair growth and her getting a little taller. Also when she grows you can attach her hair with her crown. She talks, and giggles. And you can actually see her grow. Also comes with a growing chart to keep track. Does require batteries.

She grows fairly quickly, the more you "feed" her and care for her she grows, my daughter lights up hearing her speak, helps with learning to care and tend to a youngling, comes with a sippy, brush, pacifier, plate and fork, also comes with a crown with hair for when she grows to be a big girl princess!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our, Baby Alive Princess Ellie, for almost a month now. My son loves this doll, however, my daughter is a bit scared of it. My daughter enjoys putting her clothes and shoes on and off. I as a parent, appreciate the fact that these items are not complicated to eated to put on and off. Usually, with some other dolls, the clothing and/or shoes are complicated are complicated and require more fine tuned motor functions. These are easy on/off items. Ellie comes with a few accessories like a plate and utensils, a pacifier, shoes, a longer skirt for when she "grows up", a brush and a hair piece you can put in place on her head when she is grown. The doll itself is very cute and entertaining. She grows from her stomach area and gets taller. My daughter was amazed at this and my son thought it was so cool! Her sound is not too loud, or annoying either. I love the fact she can actually stamd up and not fall. The only downside to Princess Ellie, is how tangled her hair got after being played with so much. The hair is so soft and smooth but did not stay that way after being tangled. To be expected. Overall, I would say this is an excellent toy excellent toy for any age group or child.

She brings her everywhere she goes and tends to her like she is actually human and not a doll. Princess Ellie grows as she is fed and nurtured. Her hair even grows which is one of the best features of the doll that my granddaughter loves. The doll is very well made and I am just so happy to see my sweet granddaughter acting like a mommy to Ellie. She is a great teaching tool which allows her to know the importance of taking care of something special.

Ellie really does grow and it's such a great toy to promote nurturing and caring for others. My daughter really enjoys feeding her with the spoon and rocking her. For her hair, it comes with a hair extension, to make her look more toddler like. She has an extensive vocabulary too with a lot of different sounds and sayings. She is beautiful! The only bad thing is that ours didn't come with a growth chart, we had to print out one of our own and she didn't come with batteries either.
