Q: If I buy this product, should I buy the Baby Brezza Bottle Warmer? Or not?
A: The formula mixer does not have a heating plate in it. If you want a warm bottle then you may need the bottle warmer.

Q: My machine keeps randomly dispensing formula until I unplug it... I've cleaned all the pieces, kept it unplugged for 24H... not sure what else to do?
