Baby Brezza Glass One Step Baby Food Maker

I was really excited for my glass food maker, however its been nothing but a headache. Pros: Its glass Overall its rather easy to clean Its quiet Makes purees like advertised Cons: The blade housing is plastic and after once use, I washed immediately and no matter what I try it is stained (from 10 blueberries) and I cannot get it cleaned. Its very expensive for what you get. Moving forward, I would not recommend this unit to anyone due to the way it stains so easily. It m akes me feel like its not 100% clean...

I used it twice and by the 3rd time it wouldn't blend as well as before. It doesn't purée and the food is always chunky. Also very hard to clean! You can't get in between the glass and the base and it looks gross. Also if you want to return you only get store credit

Worked fine for an year and then when plugged in, it immediately starts blending without selecting any options in control panel. Safety hazard. Wouldn't recommend considering the price and the duration it works for.

First, I’ll say that I love this product! It’s such an amazing concept and make baby food making SO EASY! However, for the price, I expect the design to be a little more thought out! Maybe mine just has a design flaw, but at the handle top there is a small opening that steam and food can get stuck in - and I can’t take the handle off. So there is now mold growing in there and I can’t use it because if mold can grow in it, then mold particulates can get into the baby food. I’m super disappointed! It seems that other people love this product (as much as I originally did) but I’m so upset that a product at this price is now unusable for me. If someone knows how to remove the handle, please let me know! It’s a 5 star product with a 1 star issue, so I split the difference.

I made 3 purées and the buttons stopped working completely. I think I used it for a month. I went from being excited trying my 4 month old on purées to disheartened. I think I’m just going with the old fashion steam and emulsion blender because if a machine at this price point stopped working I’m not going to push my luck with another.

This is the worst baby gadget we've bought for our household. It is extremely finicky. Half the time we choose to not use it because it is constantly beeping and we cannot figure out what we are doing wrong! We constantly troubleshoot and still cannot get the product to steam and blend. When we do get it to work, there is no rhyme or reason as to what "clicked" for us that time around. It is extremely frustrating! Perhaps we purchased a "lemon"? And in fact it is defective? I will be hesitant to purchase another baby product from this brand.

DO NOT BUY!!! When I first opened up the unit I cleaned all parts prior to using (as instructed). When cleaning the water tank I noticed that it wreaked of chemicals/plastics, so I cleaned it multiple times with hot soap and water. I proceeded to make apples and the apples TASTED like the chemicals/plastic, so I opened up the steam tank and tasted the water in there and oh my god it was horrible it was like drinking hot plastic and that is what is being used to make my babies food?! No thanks!!!! Returning this item and will make my babies food the old fashion way to ensure it is safe to eat!

Just introduced purées to my son used it a handful of times and out of no wear it stop working, is there anything you guys can do for me ? Hasn’t even been 5 months

My stepmom order me a food processor in may of 2021 I emailed on June 15th & they assured me it would ship 7/19 we it is now October 26th and I still don’t have the food processor….. I emailed again and now they are saying 12/6….. ridiculous Do not buy for the company!

The machine is expensive but it doesn’t do good job on making baby food. Took longer for the food and have to try them before feeding your baby. Not recommend it;(

1. Water tank is plastic 2. Hard to clean the water tank. It doesn't t come apart.

So I love this thing but if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have gotten it. So I think it's important other parents know the one major issue with this baby food maker. Pros Quick and easy Easy to clean (for the most part) Love the thick glass bowl Cons Replacement parts are expensive and not sold separately. If I want to replace one piece, I have to get it with other pieces. It almost feels like I'm better off buying a whole new one. The major flaw: plastic! Why is the center piece that holds the blades plastic?! If you do meat in the food maker, the orange plastic gets pretty gross after a while. And I clean it thoroughly after every blend. Plastic was just such a bad idea for steam and planned use of cooking and blending meat. I won't be able to use this again for baby #2. And you can't just replace the orange plastic piece. You have to buy the whole bowl. Baby Brezza, please add a piece that is stainless steel or at least sell the plastic piece with the blades separately and more cost effectively.

hard to lock, faulty design, low quality. tried too save some money by but getting the more expensive Beabe, but looks like I have to get out anyway. the water reservoir which I thought was a good thing ended up not being so great allowing water to sit too long. hard to lock one place and just feels cheap and faulty. the sweet steam times are also not accurate... there if less control on them veggies. wish I didn't get it.

This works great for steaming and purées. Sometimes I have to steam longer then the recommended time for a smooth purée or for mushy finger food steaming. So easy for steaming for my little guy who now wants to just feed himself. Sometimes the motor sounds like it’s struggling but usually just adding water if it’s too thick worked out. And the suction on the bottom is great for one handedness which happens frequently with a baby!

I used this 2 times! First use was perfect, second use it didn’t blend!

When I opened my buttons had no sticker on them it was stuck in the side of the bowl

When I received my glass baby food maker I was so excited to use it. When I unpacked it I noticed the label sticker had come off. I tried sticking it back on and even put something on top to help seal it back but it just kept on coming off. So now I'm having to stick it back every time I use it. Other than that I loved this product. It is a total game changer

would get stuck sometimes, had to unplug to stop it other times, finally just died so now I have to buy another one

We had our baby food maker for three months and it just stopped working. It cooks for 1 minute and then wont cook anymore. I have emailed customer service. I hope they will replace it or give us our money back.
