Give your little one happy feet all around the house with these vibrant and colorful low-cut heel shield socks from Hanes. With six pairs of comfy low-cut socks to choose from, she'll always have the right pick for her outfit. Crafted in a variety of colors and patterns, ranging from white to gray and plain to multicolor stripes, these cozy socks come with cushioned toes and heels to keep your tiny tot comfy all day. The gripper bottoms make for added stability, and the arch support makes for a snug fit all through their active day. Please note, Size 4T-5T socks do not have gripper foot bottoms.
We washed half of the socks and they were great! We washed the other half of the socks (the multi colored) after we decided we liked them and the stitching tore in the wash and the ankle portion now is unfolded. The inside of the multi colored socks also has a mesh/nylon type material which could be why they fell apart and the white socks did not. Definetly not worth the price for only 3 pairs of useable socks! I wish I had returned them.
I keep coming back to these socks because my daughter is big boned like me and these fit her ankles perfectly. Standard socks are tight and leave marks on which I'd imagine is uncomfortable and not the best for circulation. These "heel shield" style socks fit perfectly without squeezing her ankles. The colors go with all her clothes and I haven't had issues with these fraying or falling apart like other reviewers mentioned (thank goodness). They're thick and durable and I actually still have the 12 month ones floating around in decent condition even though she's moved onto 2T-3T now.
While they are soft and comfortable, the quality is poor. The socks started to fray at the top the first time my daughter wore them. Thought it was a fluke but it happened with the 2nd pair too. I will be returning these.
