Baby Shusher Sleep Soother Sound Machine

The best thing in earth! It was creepy at first with all the”shuhhh” sounding like a person. But when you are a mom riding solo in the car with no one in the back it was a god send!

It’s my go to baby shower gift!

Stopped working after a month. Replaced batteries and still doesn’t work! So bummed because my son really liked it.

It’s great when it works.. our first lasted 6 months before it stopped turning on. We ordered a replacement a month ago and it’s stopped working today. Changing batteries did not fix it. Save your money and try something else.

It broke after 2 months. The noise started glitching and would randomly turn off. Even when it was brand new and working perfectly, I still wasn’t impressed with it. The max volume level just wasn’t quite loud enough. And the longest length of time you can set it to is 30 min. My baby would automatically wake up as soon as the timer shut it off. If your baby just needs it to fall asleep (and not stay asleep), it might work for you. We have a Hatch white noise machine in the nursery that is sooo much better. We were hoping this would be a good option for on-the-go. But it was a waste of money.

It just creeped me out, I LOVE to fall asleep myself to white noise but this little thing had an akward length of “shh” and the pause was just a way to break the noise. It does sound like a person, I guess that’s why I didn’t like it, I prefer just for the babies a constant white noise to cloud out other noises or to put them asleep. Got as a gift, will return.

Ever since my daughter got one of these and we traveled with her and her baby, this is my go to baby gift. Its a great soothing sound that worked wonders for putting my grandson to sleep. Not to mention, it is very relaxing for the adults as well.

It works some days and some days it doesn’t even with new set of batteries. My baby did not care for it one bit. Not worth it for the price.

i never leave reviews but i was so back and fourth on putting this on my registry and im so happy i did. its like that extra little push you need to help them fall asleep. we use it for our 6 week old son with his naps, going to sleep at night and for getting in the car seat to go somewhere. works like a charm. we use this to get him to fall asleep and the hatch to keep him asleep. also helps to calm him from crying when he gets worked up.

I have a 2 week old newborn and in order for him to sleep, we had to shhh him. We have a white noise machine but it doesn’t but him to sleep. The white noise machine only works when he’s already asleep to stay asleep. So after 2 weeks of having to shhh him to sleep, I got tired and decided to order this. Honestly, I was going back and forth with ordering this because I wasn’t sure I was going to need it. Im glad I did! Last night was my breaking point because I had to shhh him for 2 hours in the early AM! I’m all out of shhh’s at this point and so out of breath!! Thank God there were three targets within 10 miles that has it available for drive up! It was the only one left so I ordered it right away. We picked it up and have been using it since! My newborn is definitely not as fussy as he was yesterday night! This product works!!! I would definitely recommend this product. If you’re a tired parent with a fussy baby this will definitely help with putting your baby to sleep within minutes.

Initially, I was annoyed that you only have two options - it will play for 15 or 30min. Then I realized that’s truly all the baby will need until they fall asleep. It’s actually worked out quite well at night.

Loved this but all of sudden the volume got really low. Then a week later the shushing sound went crazy. Changed the batteries and it stopped working all together. Awful. Love the concept. Cheaply made piece of garbage.

Sounds low. My friend has one and it was higher the sound. Not sure if they’re making it different now. Don’t buy

I got a returned one. The noise it made sounded like a grown man quietly saying hush over and over. It creeped my husband out and wasn’t soothing for baby. It also turned on by itself while in the box?! Much quieter than expected, may have gotten a dud or low battery. Either way, we returned it. Would not recommend.

I purchased this during a power outage to replace the white noise my 11-mos old is accustomed to hearing during naps and throughout the night. The max volume made me laugh out loud. I also didn’t realize there wasn’t an option for continuous shushing, only 15 or 30-minute intervals. I agree with other reviews. The price is outrageous for what you receive. Returning immediately.
