We were torn as to which brand to go with, and I am so grateful we chose the baby bjorn cradle ! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but our little lady sleeps so soundly. It is lightweight, I move it around easily for naps !! Highly recommend

Sleek, beautiful, easy to move bassinet, but I wish I had listened to others who said it was small! My tall baby grew out of this bassinet by age 2 months. Otherwise easy to assemble, nice to rock, and no need to buy the specific baby bjorn sheets for this. Love it, just a bummer that we grew out of it so quickly, especially with this price point.

I love most everything about this cradle. It is so compact and sleek compared to other bassinets, which is great for my small space. You can clean all the fabric mesh super easily in the wash (not the case for many other bassinets). And the rocking motion is quite effortless on my part but effective for baby. The only con is that it’s so small. I wish it were several inches longer. My baby is an average height and is coming close to not fitting in it at 3 months. It’s also so low to the ground - would be nice if it were half a foot higher up. Then it would be perfect. In spite of this, another pro is that it folds up into its original box easily, so I will be keeping it around if I have another baby.

I absolutely love this bassinet. Perfect for a smaller room with minimal space. The design is sleek and gorgeous. Easily one of my favorite gifts from my registry. I’m so happy we didn’t splurge for some fancy bassinet with vibrations and sounds. It’s lower to the ground which makes it nice and easy to peer over at baby while still in bed. I also love the subtle rocking and mesh fabric which gives me peace of mind if baby were to end up next to the wall. He has been sleeping in it so far for 3.5 months and we’re hoping to keep him in it til at least 5 months. Side note, our baby is on the smaller side so I’m not sure this would be the best option for bigger baby. We love it and will definitely use for future kiddos!

I purchased this bassinet after reading countless reviews and lists online. However, I wish I had purchased a different one. Here's why: 1.) The cradle is easy to rock (just push it with a finger) but it does not rock when the baby moves. I have to be the one to rock it. It's very sensitive and can sometimes move too quickly and be jarring. 2.) The area in front of the wooden legs is not well-insulated. I'm constantly worried that baby is going to scooch up to the front and hurt their head. 3.) It is TINY. My baby is two months old right now and I believe they will outgrow it by 3m. I have no idea what babies this company tested the product on; I highly doubt there are many that fit in it "up to six months". 4.) There are giant warning labels plastered on multiple sides of the bassinet, and they are sewn directly into the fabric. I can't just remove them. Not a great look, to be honest. All in all, this is just way too expensive for what it is. My recommendation is to keep looking for a different bassinet!!

This bassinet looks nice but is not functional for a baby up to 6 months. Wanted to love it but my son who is average in height outgrew it by 3 months.

Worked very well for our newborn so we could keep him close in our bedroom. I appreciate the simple design and the gentle bounce it has to it. Only downsides were the low height from the ground and its short length - our baby outgrew it in 2 months when it’s marketed for up to 6 months.

The bassinet is marketed for max 18lbs or approximately 6 months. My baby is two months old and already cramped. There is no chance an average baby can last up to 6 months in this bassinet. The “soothing” rocking is not soothing at all. The height is also much lower than the states dimensions. I unexpectedly had a c-section and it was so difficult to get baby in and out quickly and safely. For the price, I strongly regret putting this on my registry because we’re not going to get to use it past 3 months.

Rocking motion is not smooth at all. Rocks too quickly, would be jarring to the baby rather than soothing. Wooden legs look cheap. Would return product if it weren’t such a hassle to do so.

I ordered this item based on the sleek look of it, ability to take from room to room, and the glowing reviews it received. It looked very nice in person and I ordered the canopy too so it had the little extra oomph, but I would not say the bassinet is overpriced for what it is. It doesn’t have sounds, it doesn’t move on it’s own, and it isn’t even adjustable. The biggest issue I have with the bassinet I noticed last week. My two month old scoots herself by pushing with her feet and she scooted so far up that her head was pressed up against the net against the wood base and she started crying. You would think there would be something soft around that part of the base or the base would curve outward so it wasn’t possible or that the net would be more stiff so that wasn’t possible. That is very unsafe for the top of an infant’s fragile head.

I bought this cradle for my daughter and son-in-law (baby coming in a month!). It is lovely, with clean lines. My son-in-law said is was so easy to set up and my daughter loves the mesh sides so they can see into the cradle easily.

My son just grew out of his bassinet and we are sad to see it go! So pretty and functional and sweet, we moved it from room to room in our tiny apartment, and he slept comfortably wherever he was. Choosing a bassinet felt like a big decision but we are so glad we chose this one!

I really enjoyed using the Cradle. It is a great size and was bigger than the basket basinet I had. This meant my daughter could stay in our room longer - she's quite long. I also love how the sides are mesh as it helps with air flow. In the middle of the night if she stirs, I can just rock the cradle and she settles back to sleep without me getting out of bed. Great quality and very sturdy.
