Not all sleep aids work for everyone (because not everyone has insomnia for the same reason) but this has worked the best for me for years. It’s great fir nights when I wake at 3 or 4 and can’t go back to sleep. I take one of these & 90% of the time can get a few more hours without waking up feeling drugged.

I bought this a month ago when ordering Bach Stress Relief drops to try. I was amazed that such a tiny melt could help induce a deeper sleep. I have sleep apnea and would wake frequently due to the headgear, but find I am sleeping deeper and not waking as much at night. I will definitely reorder.
