A: This, along with other 4oz. Baker's varieties, are available for $1 each at an establishment bearing that very name.

These are great for baking. Its not overly sweet so you can add sugar to your tasting. I normally keep a few boxes of these in the pantry to have on hand for a rainy day. I would make chocolate mousse with these and lava cakes. I would recommend this brand to all bakers.

This is a good brand of baking chocolate, it is expensive and the value is not as much as it used to be, you have to use more now. It’s good for brownies and they come out really good, I would buy it again.
