I’ve been using this lotion for years and now want to switch due to its watery consistency. I don’t feel like it works the same moisturizing my skin. Each time I use the pump it spurts out everywhere. Very disappointed they changed the formula.

and it works great for that. I've been a Banana Boat customer since I first saw the guys and girls rubbing sunbathers down with it in the late 70's. The lotion smells great and really smooths out a razor as I shave with it. Is give 5 stars but the last bottles I bought are nearly as runny as plain water. Hopefully that's a quality control error and not a formula change because if the next bottle I buy is like that, I'll take my business somewhere else. I hope you're checking these comments out Banana Boat!

This used to be a great lotion. The last three bottles, (I returned one) have been mostly water and very thin. It used to be thick and worked great. I will never buy anymore.

For the Banana Boat Aloe Aftersun lotion, we made some updates to the formula. The resulting new formula was slightly thinner than the old formula and we discovered that the new formula thins out even more over time and that has led to some consumer dissatisfaction. Please understand that the current product is safe to use and there are no issues with it except that it might have a slightly thinner consistency than before. We have immediately started producing the old formula and that formula should be in the market.

Please understand that the current product is safe to use and there are no issues with it except that it might have a slightly thinner consistency than before. We have immediately started producing the old formula and that formula should be in the market.

My husband has been using this for years, but he purchased two new bottles this week and they come out just like the consistency of water. Not slightly runny, but extremely runny. Needless to say he will be looking for a new lotion.

Until recently, we relied on and used this product daily for over 15 years. From what was a great product it is now a watered down mess. Why have you done this? If it's all about profit then please just adjust the cost and leave it as is. We are so disappointed that you have taken this course. You will lose a lot of faithful customers by doing this. Including us.

I thought the product was very runny, but it also stung my dry skin. I stopped using it, but tried again when I got home from vacation. Something in the product is not good for my face. I do not have a problem with most lotions, but I would think a more expensive lotion would not have this issue.

I’ve used this product every single day for over 40 years! I’m now in my early 70’s and everyone tells me I look much younger! I credit this lotion for keeping my face healthy-looking!! It always feels great on face and hands and not greasy!!They’ve stopped selling it in Canada now which is so disappointing! When I get to the US I always buy a few bottles!

Second bottle we brought because the first bottle was watery and thin. Thought maybe it has froze or something. Second bottle same way. Found out they have changed the formula! Then and if they change back we will buy more, until then we are buying something else.

I have been using this product for almost 25 years and have loved it. It sounds mind they changed the formula - it’s terrible. It’s so runny that when I pump it into my hand it runs through my fingers and drips all over the place. I first thought I just got a bad bottle, but no…. They are all bad. They should have dropped the price due to lower quality.

There is nothing about this watery liquid you are currently distributing that is good! Sadly, I've bought my last bottle in hopes that the old formula would be back.
