Q: Are these made with natural latex?

A: While BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Products do not contain natural rubber in the bandage, latex/natural rubber may be found in the packaging wrapper. As such, we are required to label the product/packaging as containing latex given the potential for an allergic reaction to the latex. We are currently in transition of removing natural rubber latex from the wrapper of all of our adhesive bandages, and are updating labeling on the individual bandage wrapper and cartons to indicate whether the packaging contains natural rubber latex. Please check the product packaging. The BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages is evaluating options to remove natural rubber from the packaging wrapper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE Band-aid Skin-Flex Bandages! I tend to get cuts on my hands on my knuckles or other areas that I bend often. Regular bandages tighten up when I close my hand or move a certain way, which is very uncomfortable. Skin-Flex Bandages are very comfortable even when I close my hands or bend right where the bandage is. In addition, these bandages adhere well even if I move it a little, it re-sticks. Other bandages get ruined if I don't place it in the right spot and have to move it.

I liked the balance of adhesive. It's Not Overly Sticky To Where Pulling It Off Hurts. I Use These Bandaids To Place Over My Healing Sutures From Surgery. They Need To Be Changed Daily, So They Work For My Purposes. If You Need Something That Will Stay On After Being Touched By Water, Or Wear And Tear, These Won't Be For You. Mine Are Worn On My Abdomen, So They Stay On Firmly With The Rubbing Of Clothing, But Peel Off Easily As Well. Additionally, They Dont Irritate The Skin That It Peels Off Of. I Can Put A Bandaid Over The Same Spot And My Skin Is Fine.
