For some reason the linguine version of this product is kind of a fail. You have to under cook it be extremely gentle while rinsing it, or you'll end up with a pile of mush. Unfortunately my local Target doesn't carry the spaghetti, which I've had better luck with. I do love the flavor, though, and with a red sauce and parmesan you hardly know you're not eating real pasta!
This is horrible. I threw it out! It was broken pieces, foamed like crazy while cooking and tasted like crap in my opinion. You are better off with Ronzoni smart taste pasta. It may be 1/2 the protein but sodium is 15mg vs 60! Sugar in this is 5g per serving vs 1g.
