This has so many items included. It opens up to be a full medical clinic complete with magazines for the waiting room. It turned out to be one of my granddaughter's favorite Christmas gifts. Everything easily fits back inside the vehicle. Of course, I had to buy a Dr. Barbie as it doesn't come with a medical themed doll.
