Ok I’m going to be honest. My 4year old picked this out and I didn’t think much of it. But as we got home and I’m looking at this Barbie dressed up in a full cat costume head and everything, it looks weird. Anyways, she loves it and that’s all that matters.

There were also three packages within the larger package that held surprise items, including clothing, accessories, and a pet. The top part of the cat costume also turns inside to make a cute jacket. My daughter especially loved using the small sponge on the comb to make the included pet change from awake to asleep. The sponge also makes the hearts on the doll's face appear and disappear. These are a little different from the previous version, where you couldn't see exactly what your costumed doll looked like until the box was open. She was so excited to open her surprise envelopes and reveal her Barbie's face under the kitty head. Barbie has a pretty face and hair that will stand up to combing. An instant favorite.

It comes with a few mystery items as well. The doll came with a necklace, boots, skirt and a cat. You have to be careful with the small pieces it comes with. The costume top is reversible to match the skirt. She loves that her hair has purple highlights when warm. The cats eyes close when it is also warm.
