There was parts missing to build the barbie house

The Barbie house really grabbed her attention Christmas morning, but the elevator stopped working after two months. Now she doesn’t want to play with it anymore. It keeps getting caught and when she yanks it down, all do the accessories fall off. We are disappointed

We have had 3 Barbie dream houses and this one is by far my least favorite. The design takes up so much space. It can not easily fit in a corner and it’s honestly huge. It is fairly easy to put together and does come with a lot of stuff. I just wish it wasn’t so awkwardly big.

My granddaughter, who turned 8, absolutely loved it! She had been wanting this dollhouse for some time. It is large and has a lot of accessories for kitchen and other rooms. What was surprising was that in the top room on the right, the fireplace panel pulls out as a Murphy bed! It definitely helps to have two people put it together. The directions with picture and label numbers on parts were extremely helpful.

Hours of entertainment as expected. Our kids are obsessed. Great quality as they play rough and matchbox cars have found their way down the slide. Everything has held up great.

Takes a while to put together but overall a really fun item for my kids.

One star off because it almost looked as though it had been opened and assembled, then repackaged. It was very strange. Aside from that, all the pieces were there, and everything is in working order. Aside from the door to the elevator which doesn’t stay closed.

This thing is stinkin HUGE. I didn’t realize quite how large it is. However, my 5yr old does really enjoy playing with it. There is so much to do and it comes with a ton of awesome accessories.

I bought this on my daughter's birthday and was completely dissappointed with my shopping.

Elevator is impossible to use which is the whole point of this doll house for some people. Button gets stuck and it doesn’t slide up and down without force

So disappointed that the house has dents & one of the handles is damaged. Would not recommend this for shipping.

My review is for Target not the Barbie house. Hoping this will get me some help somehow. Delivery was days late then delivery instructions were not followed resulting in my children seeing their Christmas gift. I decided to return and purchase something else… this is where target comes in. The entire process has been a NIGHTMARE. Package was originally brought via FedEx. When I called Target for my return the representative asked if I would like to drop off or have my package picked up. I chose pickup because there is no FedEx location in my area. She said carrier would bring the label and pickup the following Monday. On pickup day USPS pulls up to my house to pickup a 35lb package for a scheduled return. No one else in our home had a return. They took the Barbie house leading to a days long issue with my post office. After making SEVERAL calls to Target I FINALLY reached someone who emailed me a USPS label which I took to my post office. I followed up 2 weeks later on the app after noticing my refund has not came through. It says “waiting for return.” Now I have spent the last hour searching online for an email or chat or anything to avoid another useless lengthy phone call with a representative who will only cause me further problems. I will NEVER order from target again.
