Barbie Extra Minis Boutique Travel Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was super excited to open this when it arrived. She played with it a few times but it hasn’t sparked her interest lately. It is probably a toy she will get out every now and again or that she will play more with friends. I like that it stores inside so we can take it when she needs something to play with on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Extra mini tote bag set has everything you need to put on a show. Barbie is easy to move and dress. Clothes and accessories are easy to put on and take off. The stage is easy to move. The clothes rack and a bit flimsy but looks great for the set. Big plus to have it all fit in a tote to carry on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away by how much fun my daughter had playing with the Barbie Extra Minis Doll and Boutique Playset! We were both thrilled that an exclusive Barbie Extra Minis doll is included in this set. My daughter enjoyed the full length doll mirror and the rotating doll stand as she dressed the doll in all the different accessories (sunglasses, necklaces and clothes). What I liked most is that the boutique closes into a portable playset (that stores everything inside) with a handle that can be used for on the go play!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5yo daughter was so excited to play with this and loved it...until...she wasnt able to keep all the tiny accessories in the box or "dressing room". She still plays with the doll and loves it and the dressing room but has lost alot of the accessories. I think there should have been at least a little box within the dressing room or at least less holes to be able to keep those contained in one area.

The mini Barbie with her long pink hair is adorable. The perfect size for my daughter. You also get clothes, shoes and she loves all the accessories including the mirror, clothes rack and hangers. I love the cute carrying case which holds everything inside. It has a handle for easy transporting to take to Grandma's for the weekend. A must have for all Barbie fans. Highly recommended.

She was eager to get it all out the packaging and set it up. She immediately started using playing with it like a little store/shopping area. The Barbie is also super cute she loved the long hair. She was also a fan of the different parts of the boutique to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie was a hit! I love that the handle on this toy is positioned in a good spot for a child to hold on to it and carry. The closing clip that locks this closed for easy transport is easy enough to open and close for little fingers. I always bring a little toy of some sort with us when we go to appointments and this has worked so well. No trying to fit everything in my purse for juggling toys and papers and such.

We tend to go to a lot of places and unfortunately, her regular Barbie stuff isn’t really travel friendly, even though we have come up with many different ways. Anyhow, this works for that nicely besides a great addition to her collection. I love how this comes with a lot of different things and so did she. The doll itself moves a lot different than a regular typical Barbie as well. This is like a modern version of a Polly Pocket so to speak just larger. The doll is cool and has long hair and many fashions. The carry case is a little play studio.I can’t say enough about this, but I would highly recommend getting this set because it will definitely be a favorite for your child and keep them busy l.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best toy she has gotten! She fell in love with this toy and the clothes and having her own little room and closet. The clothes were very very easy to take on and off for my 6 year old. I wasnt impressed with the face it reminded me of the brat dolls but it didnt seem to bother my daughter. She is absolutely in love with toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This play set is very colorful and light weight to carry even for a toddler. Has a handle outside of the case to carry along with a latch to lock it so none of the pieces fall out once closed. It opens up into what looks like a closet or mini store dressing room. A mini doll about the size of an average sized hand or maybe even smaller is included. The set comes with a couple pieces of clothing, shoes, and accessories not many pieces. Also included is a clothes rack and some hangers to hang clothing. I had concerns with the miniature pieces included like shoes and accessories because my daughter kept loosing the pieces in the rug. This set is good for role play and makes easy for carrying along on a road trip or just carrying around to play with. We took it on road trip over the holidays and it traveled well as it did not take up a lot of space in the car. Case is just big enough to fit even a full size Barbie inside with the included pieces.

I love the fact that it is a carrying case as well as a closet for the dolls to play dress up. It keeps my daughter entertained for quite a while! Per my 7 year old, "its so amazing because it has a closet for her! I love it so much!" The only thing we struggled with is the turntable by the mirror. It looks like doll should be Ble to stand by herself and turn with the knob, but it doesn't work like that. However, thats such a small issue on such a fun toy that it doesn't matter.

I especially appreciate that the pieces are self-contained within the carrying case, which certainly helps when there are multiple children playing and holding parts.

She was thrilled that her set came with so many things to dress her doll up with during play. I thought that the size of the doll was perfect for her age, as she's moving away from some of the smaller dolls and just now getting into Barbie. This playset could easily be a first for a child new to Barbie or a great addition to a child who already has a Barbie collection started. The fact that everything fit inside of the playset made this particular one great for storage and transportation. When asked what she liked about the playset, my daughter smiled and said, "I like the dolls hair. It's pink!".

Best part was the portability of the toy - it was the perfect toy to bring on the go because everything fit in the case. The doll is the perfect size for them to interact with & it has a ton of articulation. A lot bigger then I expected as well. The accessories it comes with is always a plus, imaginations can run wild! Unlike most dolls, this one comes with its own carrying case! Helps a lot when it comes to storing everything away when it’s done being played with without any of the pieces being lost. The fact that it’s extremely colorful and detailed is what draws their attention the most. Lightweight but durable. Something extremely easy to take with you if you’re ever on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old daughter was given this as a gift and liked it as she called it a “fashion doll” and not a Barbie. She is already out of the age of wanting a regular Barbie but this one, she actually didn’t mind receiving as it’s more geared towards the older girls with the design and characteristics of the toy. She likes all the accessories it came with and was dressing the Barbie and putting the clothes on it’s rack and did not want to share it with her younger sister which is a good sign she was enjoying it. I think this can work for kids even past the age of 10 and definitely younger as well as my 5 year old was also playing with it and enjoying it too. This is a pretty versatile gift for a big age range as the older kids wouldn’t feel “too old” receiving it as my 10 year old showed.
