It’s soft and wavy and has light purplish highlights and a headband and bright green shoes. I really love the body image that we are presenting to little girls. She isn’t super skinny, she has curves and that’s ok! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it didn’t hold my daughters interest for long and I wish they still made Barbies like they used to. they used to have a rubber texture, not cheap plastic, arms and legs could actually bend to position her in many ways. All in all it’s a good toy

This may be the first Barbie she's had that has not had all her clothes removed 2.5 seconds after being removed from the box! We both love the different look, it's not "another Barbie" but a new friend! I really like the curly brown hair and the more realistic, curvier shape. She feels like a more realistic doll. My daughter has spent all day 'posing' this new Fashionistas doll with some of her other Barbie dolls and taking pictures with mine and my wife's phones! She's always excited about new Barbie dolls but there's something about this one that makes her special. She just can't put her down!

The fashionista doll has thicker legs and flat feet which is appreciated. She has limited accessories but my daughter has happily played with her.
