We had gotten her the Chelsea Water Lagoon for Christmas so she was more than happy to include Chelsea’s friend and the mini pool to expand the park. We also love that the set comes with accessories to make it playable on its own.

The doll comes with a towel and quite frankly it was too small and seemed like an after thought. The kids liked that the doll has a water theme and quickly went to work filling the pool with all sorts of things!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of the little Barbie and swimming pool is cute. The doll itself is adorable, but has little movement especially for a “swimmer”. The size is PERFECT for my little one and the details in her features are great. I did not love that all of the accessories are so small. I understand in comparison to her body, but little accessories for my little girl is not ideal.

We received it in the winter so she has enjoyed using it as a bathtub in her doll house. I am certain when summer rolls around she will love taking it to the pool and playing with it there.

The little toddler is able to stand and sit with her articulated shoulder and hip joints. The quality is very good, she is very solid and sturdy. The beach toys are pretty great replicas, there is a sand castle, a bucket and shovel, a towel which dries fairly quickly, a clam sand mold, a bottle of sunscreen, a starfish and the pool. The pool holds minimal water, enough for the little toddler to sit in. My son enjoys playing with the set in his kinetic dirt. It’s a lot of fun and I even join in to play!

It’s a great addition to her other Barbie toys. It has all the same toys she likes to use for swimming, plus suncreen (good reinforcement!). When we’re really feeling wild we’ll fill up the pool and let the Barbie toddler and her friends splash around. Great little set!

She was happy to have a baby pool to go with her bigger pool! She absolutely loves having more babies in her barbie family. She was able to play in the sand with her shovel and pail. Once again mattel outdid it!

The set was versatile to play with water or sand, and there’s no fabric or hair to worry about. The pieces are a bit hard to keep track of for this age group. (We already lost the starfish.) the little “towel” is also very thin, and we almost threw it out with the box, but we did like that it laid flat. Overall, very cute and colorful with fun details. My daughter really liked the doll’s flamingo swimsuit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie So Cute Toddler Fun in the Sun play set is the absolute cutest! My daughter loves playing with her and her accessories. She comes with a pool, a towel, a bottle of sunscreen with an engraved sun on the front, a large shell with hollow bottom, a large sand castle with hollow bottom, and a shovel that can be balanced on her thumb (but you can’t fit it on her palm). The little pool comes up to her knees and is made of hard plastic. It’s textured inside to feel like air bubbles. My daughter likes playing with her and her other Barbies in the little pool. She says she wishes she could style her hair, but I like that it’s hard plastic and can’t be messed up. This was the perfect addition to my daughter’s Barbie house and we highly recommend it to other Barbie fans. I received this product free in exchange for a review but opinions are 100% my own.

She used kinetic sand to play with the little sand toys and put water in the pool. Since this skipper doesn’t have actual hair it’s perfect to get wet. Provided lots of fun time for my little one!

We used the little sand castle and bucket with ours and they made perfect little molds which i was impressed by. Highly recommend!

The pool is a heavy plastic, great for pool play without Skipper tipping over during playtime. The accessories are great too! They include a sand bucket, shovel, seashell mold, and sandcastle mold. I added some sand to this set for pretend beach playtime!
