Barbie Skipper Doll and Ear-Piercer Set with Piercing Tool and Accessories First Jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My niece is in love with this doll. She loves all Barbie dolls and when I gave her this one her eyes lit up. She hasn’t stopped playing with it since she got it. I would recommend this doll to anyone that needs a good gift for any occasion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Skipper doll and ear piercing set is a great addition for to my daughters collection. The doll itself is constructed well and holds the accessories with no problems. There are a lot of small pieces but plenty of space to store them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Skipper First Jobs Doll Play Set is an exciting new doll from Mattel. Skipper is all grown up and getting her first job. This is no boring job either. She is working piercing ears. I find this to be such a unique and fun set. It comes with an adorable more grown up Skipper doll. She has pretty black hair with bright blue highlights. A fun dress with flat shoes. There are a ton of accessories for her to pierce ears. There is a pen to mark the ear and alcohol to clean it. ( all pretend of course). Also a piercing gun with ten pairs of earrings and three jackets!!! So many I couldn’t believe it. Plus a couple necklaces. This set is really fun with hours of imaginative play. You could have other Barbie and friends stop in to get their ears pierced too ( as long as they already have factory made earring hole). You could even pretend she running a jewelry store with all the jewelry included in this set. I really think this is a great set for many fun adventures.

Comes with alot of cute accessories for your child to choose from and a place to keep them organized. Overall i was satisfied with this product.

One of the things she noticed right away was that Skipper has two holes in each ear, which makes it even more fun to mix and match earring combinations. The earrings are a little tricky to get out of the stand, but she is still able to play on her own and have fun. Overall this was a really great addition to her Barbie collection!

My little girl is eight years old, she has been talking about getting her ears pierced for a while now, so when I saw this set I thought it would be perfect for her! She absolutely loved playing with this set! There are small pieces so it is definitely not for the little ones! This would make a great gift for a birthday party!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 year old got this ironically on the same day she got her ears pierced! She was super excited to try this set. She thinks it’s really fun, but was confused by the skipper doll being the ear piercer and no customer came with the set. Tried to grab other barbies but they didn’t have ear piercing holes so they couldn’t be customers for Skipper. She loved that skipper has cartilage piercings (like her big sister does) so she loved putting studs in the top holes and dangles in the bottom holes. She really thought the cotton ball in the little container was super cute. Glad the earrings stay in the display case, as we were worried they would fall out if it tipped over. The two necklaces that came with the set were also a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter recently became obsessed with getting her ears pierced (she hasn't yet), so this was the perfect playset to let her "try out" the experience via Barbie. The accessories are cute, and I love that the stand provides storage so that the small pieces don't end up in the vacuum! My daughter was a little disappointed that it only works on dolls with pre-existing piercing holes, but there's really no way around that. She also wanted to know why the doll working at the stand has to pierce her own ears, instead of having a customer... it would have been fun to include another doll in the set, maybe. But those are the only minor complaints from my 8 year old. All in all, it's a cute, fun playset.

The ear piercing station is really adorable and the details of the set up make it fun and life like. The doll that came with the set has soft, luscious hair and my daughter loves the blue streak in it. You can put up to two earrings on each ear which my daughter liked a lot, she was switching them up to match her outfit variations. I wish that every doll came with articulations of elbows, knees, hands, especially for this set because there would be so many ways to use the dexterity of the doll with the ear piercing station and chair. But it is overall very cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old said this is her favorite barbie set ever. She loves the realistic accessories like the cotton swab, ear cleaner and the marking pen. The piercing gun does actually help with pushing in those little earnings. Skipper looks like a cool young person with the blue hair, which my daughter loved. The necklaces and earring dangles make the whole set like a mini shop you would see when shopping at the mall. She set up a whole mall scene and had her Barbies lining up to get pierced. It was a little hard to push the earings out of the stand, but we discovered pushing from the back instead of trying to pull them out worked best.

My daughter has been wanting her ears pierced for her birthday so as a gift we are getting ears pierced and this doll to complete the day! She is going to love it. I love how it comes with different earring choices and even the tiny little piercing machine! I can’t wait to see her face when she opens this gift!

She couldn’t wait to give her Barbie matching pierced ears just like hers and mommy’s. This new Barbie fit perfectly into her Barbie world including her Dream House, her Camper, her boat, her airplane and the rest of her Barbie collection. There were some issues such as the eating being a bit difficult to take off. I am also hoping that they will sell separate packs of earrings for when my child loses them all.
