I spent a ridiculous amount of time online finding the perfect gray blackout valance. Thank goodness the search is over with this valance-- I love it. I recently ordered 2 for my bathroom window and the window in the kitchen at the sink. I love the subtle wave at the bottom to add a little interest, but nothing to block my view out the window while washing dishes. These are definitely blackout curtains and they are lined.
