  • A: Hello - Thank you so much for your interest in the Nail Polish and Makeup Remover Pads! The Premium rounds are dual-sided. One side is a smooth layer of spunlace which is a thin layer of 100% cotton that delivers added strength and eliminates lint. The other side is a soft embossed layer of cotton that is more gentle.     if I had all the time & money in the world, I'd sue. found a piece of hard plastic or glass inside of multiple rounds in the same package. one of them actually cut me on my face because I didn't see it beforehand!     These used to be so good, but lately I seems like the quality has drastically declined. They fall or are pulling apart almost as soon as you’re taking one out the package. If not falling apart after removing, once wet, don’t expect it to last long at all. Even at this cheap price can’t recommend buying, still a waste of money.
