I was glad to find this, as I hate using disposable plastic liners because of the waste that is associated with them. However, shortly after I put it up it began to mold immediately. I followed the washing instructions as directed hoping it would take care of the problem, but unfortunately it didn't. I've contacted customer service and am waiting for their answer.

Hello Therealfatsean, we are so sorry that you are experiencing issue with this shower Liner. We recomment opening up the liner after each each use this will prevent a build up of mold. Please take a picture of the liner and e-mail to us at email@example.com. Thank you.
The best things about this shower curtain liner are that it's substantial with weighted bottom corners and also wrinkle free. I washed it before use and it was ready to hang up right out of the machine. Most other liners are so thin that they're a wrinkled mess when you take them out of their packaging and then need ironing. Yes, I iron my shower curtain liners. I assume that this one will also get moldy eventually, but so far, it looks great and functions well after about a month's use.
Excellent upgrade from the normal cheap plastic liners that most folks tend to use if they have a shower curtain rod and not a glass door. The lifetime of these are usually about 4-6 months where I live due to the extreme amount of rust present in the hard water....water looks/appears clear, but give it a few months and the rust is evident in any cloth/decent curtain liner.
I'm trying to stay away from plastic liner curtains, so purchased two of these - one for each shower. Love that they don't have a crinkle sound when I move them. Have been keeping water in. I have a bowed out curtain rod - one that allows for more room, and it fits nicely. All good thus far. Will likely wash it regularly to help prevent any mildew at the seam.
Like the weight and thickness of the liner. Has held up in the wash and still looks great after a month of use.
