These came recommended by my ophthalmologist and they do work well for my dry eyes. They are a bit expensive, but I like the individual vials.

Work better for post lasik dryness than Thera Tears or Systane preservative free. Much cheaper too.see moreof the reviewer's review

I've used every drop on the market. I'm very allergic to preservatives, after cataract surgery, I was in real distress. Soon after I was diagnosed with dry eyes also. My eyes can be dry at times so I needed something extra. I don't like using a dropper that could accumulate germs so these are truly perfect for day and night use and keep my eyes moist.see moreof the reviewer's review

These do not irritate my eyes and are very handy for travel. I just wish that th...see moreof the reviewer's review

I am predisposed to dry eyes, and I just got LASIK so my dry eyes are more pronounced. I've been going thru so many eye drops, up to 10 dollars a day! And I have to use preservative-free drops, because regular drops irritate my eyes. I'm pretty happy with the Bausch & Lomb Soothe eye drops. They lub...see moreof the reviewer's review
