A favorite original Bear Creek soup. A thick and creamy soup like mom used to make. With a rich blend of cheeses, broccoli and seasonings.
High in the Heber valley of the Wasatch Mountains, Bear Creek Country Kitchens began with one goal in mind: Deliver great hearty homestyle dishes that the whole family will enjoy. Combining high quality hearty ingredients with our special blend of spices, our soups are delicious, yet easy to prepare. Just add water and in minutes you can serve "homemade" soups that will satisfy every appetite.
Directions: Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in soup mix. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.

Was a little nervous trying this, but wasn’t disappointed. It was delicious. Added fresh broccoli and cheese to it. It doesn’t need anymore cheese due to the flavour, but if you love cheese like I do, the more the better, lol. Didn’t overkill in the the flavour department. Easy to make too. Will def buy this again.
This is awesome soup. So delicious it's indescribable. I like to use 1 less cup of water, I like thick soup, but there are others, that want it "exactly to the instructions". But just between you and me, sometimes I cut the water by 2 cups. I love thick soup, and Chris does too~ But this is by far, the best Cheddar Broccoli soup I've ever had.
