They worked great for a year! Literally once they hit the year mark the wing piece on the right one broke! Now it sounds muffled or can’t really hear anything no matter how loud volume is. I can only use the left one. Can’t return them and like many others I ignored the reviews and through I was lucky that mine were working great until they hit the one year mark. Don’t waste your money!

The sound quality is good. The fit is okay, and they definitely stay in my ears. I’ve had mine now for about 2 years. At first they were perfect, though the arms have always caused some discomfort. For the past few months I’ve noticed paint chips coming off the buds, and now, where the two pieces of plastic meet have started cutting up the inside of my ears. It sucks.

I bought 2 as Xmas gifts for grandsons and one of the Beats had an earbud which did not work. They do not indicate on receipt that you only have 14 days to return otherwise I would not have bought them as Xmas was 2 weeks away. They refused to exchange or take them back. The return policy is on their website which you have to go to and click on returns. It is not obvious that a special policy applies to electronics. BEWARE!

I do not recommend! I purchased these 2023 and the right one does not maintain a consistent charge! I often use the corded ones and keep these charged but I’ve noticed the right one is not staying charged like the left one and the case! I have AirPods that are rarely charged or used and they’ve maintained a charge! Do not buy these!

I got these for my husband for Christmas 2023 and after a year the sound on one of the earbuds is giving out (it sounds like when the auxilary jack on an old school pair of headphones wasn't plugged in all the way). The earbuds also won't turn on if the case dies even when the earbuds still have a full charge which has been inconvenient this whole time too. $20 cheap pairs of earbuds work better and last longer than these Beats did for $170.

Do not buy, I bought these earbuds in May of 202 5 and the right earbud wing is coming tearing off. I take very good care of my belongings I do use them everyday. I contacted Apple and they said that is classified as physical damage and not under limited warranty but on Apple discussion board abs this happens to many people with the exact same problem. Too me this is a manufacturer defect not physical damage if so many people have the exact problem. I will never buy a Beats product again.

Xmas gift, ordered a month prior to xmas. Out of the box right earbud did not work. Lots of trouble-shooting online to pair and make sure set up was right, but no luck. Returning (in the tiny return window Target gives us), must "return to a Target store", no online options to return, even though that's how these were purchased. High hopes - will try to exchange - have used these before, and like the product.

Earbuds would not connect to iPhone when taken out of the case. When in the case you could connect and hear sound coming from the buds but they would not play outside of case. My son threw away the original packaging so I don’t even think I can return them now.

Hands down the best earbuds I ever owned. They are not as Bass heavy as my wife's JBL's but they have the right amount of Bass to be balanced across all Genres of music. Clear highs and vocals, mids are a little low but it's not bad at all. They to make your ears tired after prolonged use but after a couple uses it isn't as noticeable. After all you are putting something naturally into your ears so there's that. Well worth the $200 I paid for them. Also I've used these on both an iPhone 13 pro max and now a Pixel Fold and if you use the Beats app, the earbuds work the same across both devices.

One of the absolute worst purchases I’ve ever made. Got home with them to discover only the right earbud worked. Called the support, did a screen share for them to tell me they couldn’t get it to work and I’d have to go to the Apple Store. Decided to bring the item back to Target, they refunded me so I decided to try to purchase a different pair thinking it was a one off situation. This time only the right earbud worked. It’s frustrating to buy the same product twice and have them both be dead on arrival. Would highly suggest to stay away. Was trying to pair with an iPhone 14 for transparency. Might work better with a different phone, not sure.
