Anyone rating this item negatively clearly doesn’t know how to use UV cured nail polish. You need specific base and top coats. Someone said it burned, that’s because they didn’t cure the base coat first. Anyone else saying it “doesn’t dry”, they’re not using a UV lamp. Anyone else saying it peels in less than 24 hours, they’re not curing with a top coat. Please take all those negative reviews with a massive grain of salt, this isn’t regular nail polish, it requires more effort and technique. If you know what you’re doing, it’s amazing, highly recommend the Beetles brand for salon quality nails at home!

I like the nail polish, but I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Customer service is supposed to make things easier, but some staff at this store seem to follow their own rules. Even after I explained that I had already called customer support to confirm, they just said, “Our store is different,” or told me to go find a manager. They turned what should have been a simple process into something unnecessarily complicated. I won’t go into the specific issue, but Target is already more expensive than many other stores. I chose to shop here for a better experience—not to deal with frustration.
