bought in October 2022. worked great until moved to another room. when turned on, no picture just lines as if screen broke. no sign of damage and don't remember anything happening that would have caused damage. way too delicate for a portable tv

The picture quality is good. Antenna is good. Sound quality is pretty awful. Zero bass. MAJOR PROBLEM: The audio is set to Spanish and it will not allow you to change it. The option is grayed out even if factory reset. So, shows that are broadcasting in English on other TVs in your house will come in in Spanish on this one, if it had a second language option. What is worse is that you cannot get your $25 back for your extended warranty. I bought this to have something to watch while being on chemo and on the verge of homelessness. If I have to stay in my car (shelters aren’t safe for my immune system) I need something to bring joy. This won’t be able to do it, because in Seattle all the Fox network channels broadcast things like Big Bang Theory are in Spanish. So disappointed.
