Depends on the scent
I bought Moon Milk and really liked it, so smooth and moisturizing. I then got the Vanilla Cashmere and while I love the scent, it's super grainy and so disappointing. I'm not sure if it's the scent or just a bad batch.

Rice tasting and scented
It’s a nice light color. Seems to work. My only balk, is the taste and smell. Which I noticed after I got it. It taste like rice. It’s very odd. But it does say vanilla and toasted jasmine rice. I could do without that.

Poor ingredients
I’m glad I read the reviews before I actually put this on my lips. Then. I read the ingredients. Go google some of those words you can’t even pronounce. They may be vegan but that’s because they are chemicals. No wonder people in the comments had dry and peeling lips and burns and breakouts. No thanks. It’s so disappointing because I really like the Frenshe body care. What went wrong?

I LOVE this product. Bought it because I love the body and hair fragrance so I picked this up too. I love how nourishing and moisturizing this balm is. It doesn’t dry down fast, it stays on for a while. It has a nice but subtle scent and no noticeable tint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It leaves my lips soft and moisturized, it doesn’t leave a lip balm taste which I like, it smells amazing and leaves a subtle color, the only thing is that it dried out a little after the first use and it was difficult to get the product out again.

I’m really disappointed in this product. They must’ve changed the formula on these because I’ve only used it TWICE and now it get stuck in the tub constantly and idk how to get it out. I originally had the vanilla one and I left it in my car while it’s starting to get cold out and it stopped coming out I tried heating it up and it just won’t come out so I got a new one and this time I had it inside and used it twice and still same thing. I really loved this lip balm and now I wasted money on a product I can’t even use

Very gritty
The smell is amazing and the packaging is amazing, but it is so gritty which I cannot stand. I don’t feel like lipgloss should be like that. I was so sad because I really was looking forward to trying this and liking it, but they need to fix that grittiness of it. The price definitely is not worth it. You can get the EOS one for cheaper and same smell.
