Q: I just got my jar of hair mask today -- yay! My question: Do I apply it to dry hair, then rinse, and wash as usual? Or do I apply it to wet, clean hair in lieu of conditioner and then rinse?

Don't use this product if you are sensitive to scents. I have shoulder-length hair and I left the product in for 3-5 minutes as suggested, but the strong scent barely dissipated for 10 hours after rinsing and might have given me a headache. Two washes and three days later (using a shampoo from a different brand with a different scent) the scent is still discernible.

As much as I had hoped to love this product, I hate it. The smell is amazing, which is where the 1 star comes from. But my hair feels horrible as soon as I put the product in. My hair gets hard and rough, it actually takes away softness and adds a harsh, rocky texture to it. It's impossible to comb through after I rinse it out. I really wanted to love this but I will not buy this again. Not sure where all the good reviews come from but I'd avoid this.

Dreamy aroma, luxurious silky hair after use. I have very long hair and this left the ends especially feeling soft and vibrant. My daughter has curly hair and this conditioned it to have spirals again. The only thing I wish is there were more product in it for the price. Maybe come out with a shampoo and regular conditioner to add to the line?

This has an ok smell, but it left my hair crazy dry. I normally am able to go at least a couple days between washes, but I woke up the next day and had to wash my hair again because it was so dry. I bought both, but I’m not even going to bother with trying the other one. I’m just going to return them both.

I scoop it out with my hands and I apply it on my hair after I shampoo it. My hair is normally sweaty after I do the vacuuming in two different apartment buildings. My hair isn't sweaty at all since I have used this product. I am very satisfied with this hair mask. The scent isn't very heavy and I like that it is natural. I recommend it.
