I've been using this product for about 6 months or so. The product truly isn't gritty and appears to dissolve well after a few minutes of stirring into 8oz of water, but it definitely has a strong chemical like taste. I usually hold my nose to drink it so that I don't gag while tasting it, but it also has an after taste that I can only describe as "chemically". It does seem to help with some digestive issues a little and maybe helps curb my appetite.

I use a tablespoon in my smoothie in the morning and I see tremdous results with my stomach issues. I'm 5"5 and 117 pounds so it really helps with weight management. Of course I eat healthy, but I stay full through the day without cravings. And I am not bloated anymore. Awesome product!

control appetite. you have to take three times a day every six hours for it to keep working. has no taste , stomach feels better and less bloated. hope it will continue working in the long term.

My first time using this product was in a glass of water. I can confirm that it blended well for me, but the "taste-free" claim is false. When I drank my glass, instead of tasting fresh spring water, It tasted like metal in my mouth. Not only that, but minutes before drinking, my stomach began to hurt GREATLY for a couple minutes. Im not sure what to think of this product honestly.

I have been using the Benefiber Healthy Shape for about a week. It has not really helped me with my digestive issues, other than I do not have as much gas as i used to, but I'm sure as long as I stick with it I will see more improvements. However, it has helped tremendously with helping control my appetite. I am a frequent snacker due to I always feel hungry in between meals and even after meals and this product has helped me to stop snacking which I can tell is starting to make a difference with my weight! My stomach feels and looks less bloated and I am starting to feel better overall. With these little changes I definitely plan to keep using this product.
