There's a lot to love about this box! We're trying to move away from plastic, so that was our goal in ordering this--and it was important that our solution be dishwasher- and microwave- safe. I also like that the compartments don't leak into each other (though we haven't tested that too hard). I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's heavier and bulkier than I expected--the glass for this is very thick--and we're always worried about it breaking. I'll probably look into some of the stainless options and see if any of those tick all the other boxes for us.

Sadly, on the fourth use, the glass broke on both our kids' glass lunch containers even though they were in padded, perfectly fitted lunch boxes. There were shards of glass in both lunch boxes. So disappointing to not even get through one week with these. I loved the design and the idea of using glass instead of plastics, but this just did not work out.

The quality is very good but the kid never closes on one side. It’s too hard to close. How much ever I tried it wasn't closing. Bentgo has said that they will send a replacement.

My dumb butt put these glass containers on the top of an unsteady makeshift drying rack. Accidentally knocked them off. Both survived, though one with a chip on the top so unfortunately that one is getting recycled. Easy to clean, no random nooks and crannies when hand washing (I don’t have a dishwasher) The side parts are great for me to remember to put fruits or veggies in. Current favorite is blueberries because it’s easy

I ordered 5 lunch trays with 3 compartments from Target. I received all of them but one of the lids was missing the rubber seals . I called Nentgo and they said to call Target. I did and target sent me another dish with lid but still no seal in lid. I called target and they gave me a refund one one dish. However now I had two lids with no seals, so I called bentgo and asked for help. They said to take pictures of the two lids and the receipt, which I did. They responded and said replacements were on the way. I was relieved and glad Bentgo could help me. They respond quickly to my emails and seemed glad to help. As long as you receive the lunchtrays with all the parts they seem to be good trays.

My daughter broke two of the glass boxes, however, the customer service team has agreed to send replacements for the inconvenience. We will continue to use Bentgo products as a result.

Great dividers and leak proof; however, although this product is leak proof, the two compartments inside will spill into each other. On one side I had watermelon and on the other side I had crackers. The watermelon juice slipped into the crackers area and made them soggy. I was relieved to see that none of the watermelon liquid leaked outside the actual container.

Got this lunchbox because it is glass based. It's hefty and study but really heavy to take around! It's also fairly large for an adult sized lunch box so I find myself using it more for salads or food with more volume.

I use this little one for my overnight oats, separate the topping so they don’t get soggy and it comes out perfect. I also use this for yogurt and granola. The leak proof separation is awesome

My family has now purchased 3 sets of 5 glass 3 compartment lunch sets for work and school. We love these because they are glass which is non toxic and non staining. We will continue to use bentgo boxes for the future. Please don’t stop making these in glass!!!
