Wish you would sell the canopy to replace one that is weathered. The wind tore the canopy and tried to order a replacement but I was told that is not sold separately. The frame is in perfect condition. We had it since 2020 and would be nice to get a new canopy, both pieces.

Hard to beat for the price. Some things I should've expected but didn't: Doesn't handle rain well, tends to pool in the cover for the cover (probably replace with steel or wood). I'll need a replacement canopy at some point because it's the same material. Like everyone else said instructions are not the best, but doable. I received two of the same post, I had to unconstruct the unit 3/4 way through and send the entire unit back to get another. Partly my fault, should've check all pieces before starting.

C hooks split in the wind and a few poles bent. Parts are not supported on this product. They claim they build these themselves but how can they if the offer no replacement parts. STAY AWy

It’s a very nice structure- I was hoping to be sturdier but it will do. Putting it together wasn’t as hard as I expected (I read some harsh reviews) but it was missing one hole! Easy fix. That said, instructions could had been written better. It’s gonna be great to have the deck shaded.

So pretty.....but after few windy days, latches holding canopy have broken...now shade flapping everywhere

IDK what this is going to end up looking like b/c I have owned it for a month with husband and adult kids attempting to build it on and off for weeks. I am taking the blame for ordering it! Thinking we should skip it till next summer since half the summer has been wasted in the non-shade working on this! Video instructions and CLEAR drawings with black to show front and white to show back side of pcs. They are numbered but no from and back and machined holes are becoming warped from taking it apart and putting it back together! Keep scrolling and find another pergula.

My Pergola arrived very quickly, within 2 business days. The bolts and screws were all out of the packaging when it came. I laid out all parts before assembly and confirmed we had all parts which was a plus. The pole labeled #2 which is the front right pole was dented & damaged when it arrived. I agree the instructions are horrible. My father was following the instructions that came inside the box and I was following the PDF instructions that are available online under the product. They are different instructions which caused some rework on our end. The PDF online version is missing that extra step for step#5. In step #5 you must also ensure you put the 4 eyebolt/wheels(part25) on the track sbefore you attach parts 8,9,10,11 to the frame. If you do not you will have to take back off. Keep that in mind too when putting the 3 middle roof tracks on the roof. It took us 5 hours in total to put together with 3 people. We did have to take apart because we accidentally placed the eyebolt plate (part 27) on the rear middle roof track instead of front. This product does not feel sturdy to us. We went back the next day to make sure all bolts were tight enough and anchored down in ground as well as put resin buckets under the poles to fill with rocks to ensure it doesn't get blown away. That was extra money I had to spend because the product is not high quality. You get what you pay for. If you can afford more than you should. We are going to keep it as the box got wet from rain and it isn't worth taking back apart. Hope this helps. It gets a C minus in my book.

Missing pieces , barely provides shade and already rusting at bottom after 3 weeks of putting it on our deck .

Directions hard to understand. Pergola is poor quality. It lasted approximately a month before the rods broke, after a storm. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Love it! Beautiful and sturdy. Put it up in about 2 hours. I have a small yard and it fits perfectly.

First, when we opened the box, all the screws had fallen out of the container......we had to look for and count all the screws. Some were lodged up inside the pole parts. We were still one short but found a replacement. Why can't comapnies put a couple extra screws in there? Second, the instructions for assembly were horrible and in some cases, were wrong. Some parts weren't marked, and instructions were not complete. Also, it was difficult to figure out what direction we wanted the curtain to pull back until we got the strucrue up on the deck. We had to turn it to get it right. That took 4 people. Also, the instructions have few words and the pictures are neither big enough nor clear enough. Lastly, the instructions directed us to put the roller wheels on at the wrong time. Come to find out, we had downloaded the instruction manual from the web so as to enlarge the drawings, and found out too late that it differed from the one that was in the package. Anyway, the whole process took us days as it took quite a bit of finagling to get the screws to work in the holes. Tip: don't use the tools included in the package....buy yourself a bit for your power screwdriver that will do the work for you. Pro: the parts look pretty sturdy and we are glad that we have to option to remove the cloth cover for the winter.

Product came with all hardware loose in box scattered all around. The posts were dented in places and product is extremely cheaply made. Very disappointed in the quality.

The product was missing important pieces, my husband was able to rig it to work but that required a trip to the hardware store. The screws were all out of the package, directions were not so clear. Pieces did not line up well. Looks good but not worth the frustration.

The pergola is beautiful!! I received so many compliments on it!! I used it to celebrate my sister’s college graduation as our travel plans were canceled due to the pandemic. I turned my backyard into an oasis!!

I'm very pleased with the finished pergola, it is sturdy and looks very nice. Shipping was super fast and the price was great! Like all the reviews I read before purchasing, the instructions were truly very poor! It took 3 people 5 hours to complete. I knew this before purchasing so went into it expecting the hassle. I do love the (finally) finished product! I added outdoor curtains myself for extra shade.

Instructions are a little vague in places but so far product seems good.

Clearer instructions would be nice. Pictures don't point out small but very important steps.

Says its 10x10 the true measurements are 9x9. The bottom pole stabilizers drilled holes are off by half an inch. Had to drill new holes.

I love this pergola, this is my third one to buy, but havepnky bought 1 from this company, the third one. My porch faces the south and is in full sun all day long. On hot Texas summer days it bakes anything on the porch. We purchased 3 of these that we put in the yard across the front porch area and they make a great shade and I can now put plants and decorations on my porch, and it is nice and cool in that area. My plants are happy and so I am! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone wanting a shade. We did however, use longer tie down stakes than what actually came with this product.
