This table weights 7.1lb and can hold up to 55lb, this will affect it's sturdiness when use in a carpet, but also it depends on how thick your carpet is, the table has leg ends to prevent it from sliding and damaging the floor, but for sturdiness on a carpet will depend on how much weight you put onto it. This is definitely in the case of you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend slightly more money and get something a little nicer. The top is basically cardboard covered with a shiny marble sticker and the legs don’t fit in appropriately enough to not show large gaps and seems once it is assembled

The color isn’t brass- a cheap yellowish/mustard tint. The faux marble top looks extremely cheap. It was impossible to put together because none of the holes matched up. Returning. Don’t waste your time/money.

the table serves it's purpose. however is y the best quality. you can really feel how cheap the materials are that were used to make the "faux" marble. I was surprised by this. usually the pieces I get from target are better quality. not a horrible purchase overall but could have been better

So glad I ordered this because I had a bit of trouble finding a chrome side table in this price range (gold seems to be more common). The table was easy to assemble, sturdy, and goes well with my other chrome furniture. And I don't mind the laminated faux marble top, personally. With my messy boys, it makes for easy cleaning. Besides, a real marble table would have exceeded my budget.

I normally read reviews before making purchases, and wish I had with these tables. The top of the table looks cheap and like it has plastic covering it. Very disappointed.

The table top had black paint sprayed on it. I tried to remove it with detergent but it just spread out and wouldn't go away. Very disappointed, I wanted two side tables on both sides of the sofa but looks like I'm only getting one (the other one is ok, although be careful with the screws because they get stripped easily).

Don’t do it. I put this together and it just looks so cheap. The top looks like a cheap sticker. Just pay the extra money and get the real marble table on this website. Some things are just worth paying for
