No heat and not enough cushion was very hard on feet. It was like walking on rocks. Very sad I have to return. I'm 8 months pregnant and needed some good massaging on my feet.

Received it yesterday impressed by the way it was packed so well.. Took me awhile to unpack since I can’t bend so easily or for a long time.. However, I set it up in my living room and tried it out today, it put a lot of painful pressure on my feet but after 10 minutes I got used to it, then I tried it on my lower legs and could only use it on my right leg when I tried it on my left leg at the same time it was way too painful so I had to take my left leg out of the sleeve.. Can’t get the remote to work and there are no instructions that I could find to troubleshoot it.. I’ll try it again tomorrow since I would like to keep it but if I can’t use it on my lower legs too then I will have to return it..

Just a word of advice, using the bar to adjust and prop this massager up at an angle took the massaging from meh to pretty fantastic. My feet were a little small at the standard height, but the angle helps fix that. Feels great!

I got the product on sale for a good price and in a timely fashion. It works great overall, takes a second to figure out what preferences are liked. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have support on the heels and massage in that area too.

I have been using this foot massager for a month now. It works well and relaxes my feet after long hours of standing. I love it. There are a few shortcomings: 1. It is too costly. Similar functionality is available in other brands for 60-70% of price. 2. It can't massage my heels like other massagers can. I should have read the whole description before buying it. But I like it, so I would not be returning it. 3. I do not feel the heat in heat functionality. But I have warm feet and don't need heating functionality.
