A: Hello according to the manual and design of this massage spa, the medicine-herb compartment is not Epsom salt friendly as salt deposits may clog the pump and void warranty. The cover simply pulls up.

Q: Do you for a longer lasting product, would you add the Epsom salt to the medicine box or would you suggest just pouring it in the water prior to usage?

A: Pouring directly may clog the pump, requiring pump to work harder, compromising longevity. Best to add to the medicine box.

A: You can, however post clean-up will need to be more stringent as salt deposits may clog the pump and small orifices.

It is too large if you live in an apartment and the way you have to position your feet to take advantage of the massager is awkward - you really have to sit up straight and keep your legs straight in the bucket. Not comfortable or relaxing.

Just opened it brand new out of the box and EE (error) code every time it’s powered on. No troubleshooting instructions. No Warranty. 60 days return policy and only if purchased from BCP main site. Wheels very hard to install. Can’t exchange, can’t return. Cheaply made. In Aldi and Lidl can find same type of product that works better and $30-$40 cheaper.

After a 12 hr shift and 3 hr drive, this is heaven! Easy to use and set up. I enjoyed it. My mom enjoyed it. Even my dog took a drink from the little shower lol it’s worth every penny. Just hope it lasts a long long time!

It worked the first time it was used. Tried it today for the 2nd time and it will not turn on. The only troubleshooting items is to make sure it is turned on or that the timer is up. It will not turn on.

It does the work, has a red light button, a shower button, it drains easily, it just doesn’t heat the water faster enough, it takes like 15-25min to get it done. Once is ready your feet will thank you. I like the massage feature you just need to get used to it. But it saves you from going to the salon so often.

This wasn't quite that amazing, but for the price, the fast shipping and ease of use, it was amazing! I put hot water in, turned it on, set the heat control, a little Epson salt then soaked away! The massager is great but should only use it for 15 minutes at a time. That is the only draw back that I have found! Excellent, easy to use, satisfying!

The massager is ok. I wish the whole top could be removed when in use. It’s hard to use the pumic stone with just part of the cover off. If your feet is off a certain size, that can be a problem. Other than that, it’s ok.

The massage feels good and the constant hot water is very nice although I had to heat up some water because it took a while for it to get hot.. It was also delivered very quickly. Overall I like it.

Long story short, I turned it off and went to bed. The next morning I had a water damage in my apt. The whole thing leaked out through the night. I don’t know how it happened. The drain plug was secure. I dried out the living room with fans, but ill be returning this. It was more than I’m willing to deal with.

I love this product, I have Neuropathy extremely painful in my feet. It’s also in my hands but not as bad I get pedicures quite a bit so this helps for in between when my feet feel like they’re on fire or when they’re freezing and it’s not even cold when I feel like I’m walking on. Glass pans and needles. I love the way it stays warm or hot. However, I want it and does not get cold. It’s perfect.
