A: The photo posted shows every side of the exact box. Like you, the box got thrown out, use search box here or I just googled it... "Betty Crocker brownie mix," which led me here. (1/2 cup veg oil, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons water)

A: Hi there! Our brownies are meant to be moist to a certain degree, but it sounds like they may have been under cooked. Please bake as directed on the box and test doneness with a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan. If the toothpick comes out almost clean, the brownies are ready.

These are normally my favorite brownies but they have been in the oven for more than an hour, maybe closer to an hour and a half and are still not cooked in the middle. My pan is not a shape listed but I’ve never had an issue. After reading some reviews below I will not buy again until the recipe is fixed :(

Betty Crocker made some major changes; I’m guessing in an effort to save costs. The result is an awful mix that results in the weirdest brownie you’ve ever had. Definitely a brand to avoid.

In some parts it was burned, in others hard as rock and in others when chewed it was like hard sticky putty. the color is not even dark brown. To the one who has come out please give us the correct indications, because obviously what it says on the box is something impossible.

Disliked the flavor- not a flour taste but definitely some kind of powder taste as if I didn't mix the ingredients together thoroughly which I did using a whisk and a mixing spoon. Also, didn't smell like brownies either when it was being baked. Huge disappointment overall.
