        Gochujang is supposed to be spicy. No grocery store in my area carries the item recommended by the NY Times in a fusion recipe. Sadly disappointing; required addition of Sriracha to bring it to warm. The recipe is fine; the product is dumbed down.  see moreof Stephen's review

          I used this to make bibimbap. I used the same recipe I always use except this gochujang instead of my normal brand since I order that online and this was a spontaneous idea once I saw this at Target.
