I couldn’t stand the thought of the plastic trash bags I used sitting forever in a landfill so I decided to switch to these and use them as my main trash bags. I love them! I’ve never had a problem with these ripping or leaking even after filling with all sorts of things, including cat litter. I usu...  see moreof Diva no's review

The bags are comparatively flimsy compared to non-biodegradable trash bags and they lack a method for tying them up (handles or twist ties). And they are somewhat expensive. But, since plastic bags have become a major environmental problem we will continue to use them and our reusable shopping bags ...  see moreof Jokah's review

These bags are great for compost, but remember they are biodegradable and almost by definition are not going to be as strong as the usual plastic bags. I have tried a few different biodegradable bags (glad, bag to nature, earth centric and biobag). This one is the best and most sturdy. It is compostable, so extra care must be used when taking them from the package and during use. I have never had a BioBag product fail when used properly and keeping...  see moreof JenTx's review

Bags almost always leak, and about one of every 5 bags simply breaks (and you can imagine how fun it is to collect a few gallons of food scraps off the floor.) I've resorted to using 2 bags at a time, and even then, they still leak. Very disappointing. Note: I've assumed there was a bad batch, so I ...  see moreof The Emperor Has No Clothe's review
