Get your hard floors cleaner than you could have ever imagined! The BlSSELL CROSSWAVE is a revolutionary, all-in-one, multi-surface cleaning system that vacuums and washes floors at the same time. With a Dual-Action Brush Roll rotating at 3,000 RPM and an innovative multi-surface cleaning solution, the CrossWave cleans better than a sponge mop and bucket, in less time*. Plus, with the touch of a button, you can seamlessly switch from cleaning hard floors to vacuuming and washing your area rugs. All with one machine.
I was so excited to use this but was disappointed. It took FOREVER to clean my floors. Probably double the time it normally takes to sweep and mop. My home isn’t super big and there wasn’t enough water in the tank to finish my home. Had to stop and refill. Also when I’d turn it off and stand it up it would leak dirty water back out.
Due to it's inability to actually pick up debris and fur, it's only function is to be a very expensive swiffer. It's lack of quality to actual vacuum is only beaten by its ability to stop working after 2 months.
After vacuuming one room I had to empty it; disgusting

Am I the only person that thinks that cleaning this thing out is disgusting? I am a DIY mom, not afraid of getting my hands dirty but after vacuuming/mopping just my kitchen and one decent sized area rug, the collection bin was full. And it was a disgusting mix of hair and dirty water. I then had to wash the hair out of the container with the hose, dry it, put it all back together...and go back to the next of seven rooms. I presume I would have to empty it every time. I don't have an excessively dirty house but I do have a golden retriever who is a little messy and has long hair but I think that spending 20+ minutes cleaning out the tank between each room is not a time saving. And it's gross. I think I'll return this and just go back to vacuuming the hole house and then mopping the whole house. But I'm really disappointed because I thought this would cut my floor cleaning time in half.
It cleaned my floors but couldn't remove the stuck on like dried fruit pieces. I had to repeat the process over the same areas many times to achieve the clean feeling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
