A: It lasts longer than 20 minutes. I use it to vacuum my stairs, couches, and dog beds every two days, and that takes me longer than 20 minutes.

A: Hi Zac. After heavy usage, you may clean the filter and filter cup by washing it gently by hand in warm water and mild dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly and make certain it is completely dry before replacing it. We recommend replacing the filter every 3-6 months depending on usage.

No charge life at all. It has to be charged 10+ hours but only works for about 10 minutes. I called Bissell and received a replacement but it is the exact same way. Not worth my time or money.

1st: banged up package, missing parts. I overlooked it bc I really needed something for my husky's hair glitter on my couch and bedding. 2nd: takes hours to charge for a 20 min vacuum session. 3rd: I bought this vacuum on 11/3. It is now 11/25 and it no longer works for more than 5 seconds. I've left it charging for a couple of hours. It worked below well for the first couple of weeks I used it around my house. I hate returning things bc I know these electronics will just end up on a landfill.

This is my first hand held vac so I’m not sure how long the battery life normally lasts. But the battery life on this one is so short. You have to charge it all night to get enough life in it to do a set of stairs. I tried just charging it for a few hours and you get two minutes of battery life before it dies. Pretty annoying and inconvenient.

This worked great u til the battery died for the first time. After charging, it no longer works. It is fully charged, but when I turn it on it immediately turns off and flashes red to indicate a dead battery. When I put it back on the charger it shows that it is fully charged.

I wanted something to use that would not require getting my large vacuum out and being able to pick up messes in my car. This does the trick and has great suction to get those messes cleared and my house and car clean.

I bought a second one tonight, bc I love mine right now and wanted another for switching when one battery dies. The one I picked up at the drive up, was full of pet hairs and the canister is all scuffed up all over. Smh. Someone returned this and didn't even have the decency to clean it out a little. It was stinky as well. It's going right back tomorrow and I will let them know that it should NOT go onto the shelf to sell. I will get another, clean and perfectly new, smelling fresh. I keep my current one clean as I can, bc I like things to be good and clean with NO smell.

Cordless handheld vacuum is exactly what is needed to get into those rough spots that people just don't normally get into. The function is wonderful. Quick and easy to use! I sweep my downstairs every evening and instead of whipping out my big dyson vaccum I can use this to vaccum up the piles of dog hair! I love the variety of attachments as well, makes it easy to get into the harder to reach places. My only negative would be battery life- full charges last me about a half hour of vaccuming. Otherwise, great product!
