A: I'm in the Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning business. Get a spray bottle of "Urine Gone" (about $10 - sold at Target & others) and saturate the urine area on the mattress, upholstery or carpet (let it soak in) and leave it for a couple days to dry with a plastic bag on it so it doesn't dry out too fast. That should kill most if not all the odor ( may take 2 or 3 treatments). Use clean wet (water only - no soaps) white cloth to scrub area after treatment.
A: Not likely. Try a restoration company. Companies like SERVPRO have chemicals and equipment that are more likely to work but once urine has made its way into cushions or a mattress, it is extremely difficult to remove. Sorry and good luck!
A: Hi Stacy. We recommend consulting your mattress manufacturer for cleaning instructions. This machine isn't designed for cleaning an absorbent mattress.
A: No! Not at all! It’s awful. So it Takes forever to dry anything.
A: This machine does have suction power, but doesn't dry. Carpet will require air drying time after use.
A: Hi Kenyah. We wouldn't recommend using this machine on a mattress. Please consult your mattress manufacturer for cleaning instructions.
A: Hi Sarah. We recommend consulting your furniture manufacturer for cleaning instructions prior to using a deep cleaner.
A: Hi Jilly. The Pet Stain Eraser is not as powerful as the SpotClean Professional. It works best for spot cleaning carpet.

A: It comes with a trial-size bottle of Professional Spot & Stain + Oxy formula. This formula works to remove tough pet stains and odors from carpet and upholstery instantly and permanently, giving you cleaning results like you’d get from a professional carpet cleaner company.
A: Hi Jacqueline. It comes with a wall charger that plugs into the vacuum.
A: The Pet Stain Eraser gets 15 minutes of run time after being charged for 4 hours.
