I expected more from this. Does it get the job done? Eh…kind of. And with some problems. 1. The brush clogs constantly. If you have pets, skip this and go with something that has a paddle instead of a brush. 2. The pattern seems to be completely random. It spends most of the time in one part of my house, and we have to carry it to others…where it will spend about two minutes before it goes back. 3. It's absolutely terrible about avoiding obstacles. 4. It gets the front brushes stuck under rugs CONSTANTLY. 5. It frequently gets stuck under our coffee tables and side tables. 6. The battery life is poor. The only things that I do like about it is that the parts are easy to remove, change out, or empty. I'm not impressed with this machine and I wouldn't buy it again.

Suction power is great BUT since there is no mapping, it misses huge areas. It’ll clean the same area 20 times during a cycle because it doesn’t know where it is. Even in open areas without furniture it does this. It constantly stops, beeps and says a wheel is stuck when it’s not. I’ve cleaned it after every use and yet this still happens. It gets lost. It’s really not worth the money and I’m returning it. I really had hoped for more 🥹

I've owned this vacuum for less than a year and its totally useless. The robotic navigation technology is the worst, the vacuum gets stuck everywhere especially when its done vacuuming and trying to find its way back to the charging station. It basically roams the entire house endlessly until it runs out of battery. The app is pretty much useless too, you can only use it to schedule and remotely start/stop the vacuum. I expected a lot more from Bissell. When I tried to return it to purchase the newer LIDAR model, I was turned down by Bissell. I'm extremely skeptical of buying another product from them, I just think advanced technologies are not their strong suit.

Bought this model and had it for a few months. Had a small malfunctioned that tech support and I both could not fix. I will not deduct any stars for that because the customer service was outstanding! They went beyond to try and help solve the issue. Unfortunately my particular vacuum was not able to be fixed. They were very grateful to send me a replacement product. I am very very thankful for all of their help and support. 10/10 will definitely be purchased from Bissell. And recommend them 100%.

It cleans well when it works. It gets stuck a lot. It beeps ALL THE TIME. Battery dies fast or it doesn't charge correctly when parked. I be like the mop feature even if it drives up on rugs sometimes.

I have been a Bissell customer for over 15 years, when this product came out I was over the moon. I bought the spinwave to replace my Irobot and was extremely disappointed. The vacuum does not work nearly as good as my other brand. The wet mop after a month will start dumping all the water out creating huge puddle. I received a warranty replacement which after 3 uses started to also dump water everywhere. Since the first vacuum was out of warranty they will not help with the replacement. First time I had horrible customer service for a product that costs over 300.00, all I was offered was 20% off a new model. It's safe to say I will be permanently switching over to Irobot going forward

It is nice to fine a combo mop and vacuum unit but that is really it. I spend more time freeing it from getting stuck, moving it to a room it skipped while really wanting to focus on the same room/hallway. No smart mapping. Even when using the mop mode, it at times goes on the rugs which defeats the point of claiming it knows not to. Takes forever to return to it's homebase and if it even does it is a rare occasion since it stops/dies while trying to find it after going past it a few times. Spend the money and get something that has mapping and more. I really want to get rid of this thing.

Purchased this and an upright Crosswave (nearly $700 in Bissell products) This item stopped working about a month after purchase. It has no suction at all in dry mode. Customer service has sent me on a "wild goose chase" including suggesting I travel 50 miles round trip to go to my "nearest service center" to "see if they can figure out what is wrong with it". Disgusted and disappointed. My Bissell buying days are over.

Spare yourself the headache, money and time and purchase another product. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The vacuum spins in circles and is far from a smart vacuum. Does not map out the house. Falls down steps. It is not worth it. When I called customer service they advised that I couldn't return it and sent me a replacement instead which was no different. I ordered an IRobot and it's so much better.

I bought this about a month ago. I do like it in a way. It does a really good job mopping and vacuuming the floors. The only thing I do not like about it that is does not have a map on the app where you can tell it what room to mop or sweep. It would be nice if you could map out your house. It would a lot easier to use and the battery would last longer. I think if you would add this to your app people would like it better.

I bought this thinking it'd at least come with floor mapping technology considering the price. It doesn't. It often goes over spots over and over and missing tons of areas in the process. It's very inefficient. I wish I'd have decided to return it when I still could. I have a chronic illness and thought this would make cleaning up after everything easier on me. I end up using my broom and regular mop more than opting to babysit this thing. It's just quicker for me to do it the old fashion way instead of having to get this thing unstuck every 5 minutes. Hair gets trapped really easy in the wheels and the whole reason I got it was because it was aimed at pet owners. It started squeaking loudly after a couple uses. Overall completely disappointed.

I purchased one in 2021. Within a couple weeks, I'm calling Bissell customer service for help because it gets stuck- beeping three times. They sent me a replacement. The replacement becomes defective within 2 months and I have to take it to a far away location for servicing, being that it's still under warranty. That location could not fix the actual unit so they sent a replacement instead. The cons are that this unit works great on hardwoods. Picks up dirt and grime you don't see with naked eye. You have to continue to clean the hair out of the brush roll constantly or else it will not do its job correctly. It will not travel well on thick rugs or uneven surfaces. It gets stuck. Max life for this unit is under 6 months. Don't waste your $$. After this 2nd replacement conks Out, I'll invest in a more reliable brand unit

Ok in all farness, I thought my wife wanting one of these things was just stupid. This thing is amazing. Our floors have never looked better. Yes, they are not perfect, you may need to do some pretreatment and/or scubbing to loosen things up, (besides, who got the floors dirty to begin with?) but the SpinWave does most of the work. And its vaccum too! This is our third robot vaccum, if this one had been around when we were looking at the first, I'd of gone with this one.

I've had the spinwave for a year or so. It's been a waste of a lot of money. It doesn't know where it's going, it's all over the place missing a lot of the dog hair, it leaves clumps of hair many times. The cleaner leaves terrible rings around your floor so I have to use the swifter anyway. I am extremely disappointed and wish I had something better to say.

I am on my second unit. The first one I purchased was replaced by Bissell after about 3 month. My second unit is now doing the same thing. The wet options after a few months just doesn't regulate the water output. I have followed all maintenance instruction. I set the water option in the app to low each time but I still have to go behind it with dry mop because so much water on the floor.
