we use it for our pets around our yoga studio and it keeps our floors spotless! A true lifesaver!

Only negative is it's difficult to gauge how much water left in reservoir. Otherwise I love it. I have 4 cats. Used it on my kitchen and bathroom tile floors. Got up all tracked litter and significantly reduced the smell in the house. dries quickly. And much easier than using a vacuum then swiffer.

I really love my bissell stream vacuum and mop. Have 2 dogs picks up muddy pawl prints and loose hair. and leaves no excess water on the floor as the other mop I used

Failed after the 2nd use. Wouldn't exchange or return my money. Horrible company. They sent me a filter on the house which had nothing to do with the failed pump.

I love this All in One Vacuum/ Sanitizer Best invention. We have a dog so it is so nice to just have to go over the floors once instead of sweeping then washing the floor!!

This is my second one. I like how I can vacuum crumbs I miss if I need to while steam cleaning. It does a great job and cleans great without using cleaners. The only thing is I wish I still received points for my purchases.

My husband bought my sister and myself each a bissell symphony, and we are both very happy with them. We are in our late 60's and have tile floors throughout our houses. We couldn't believe what a great job the symphony did vacuuming and cleaning our floors, with very little effort on our parts. The older I get, the harder it is to keep my house clean to my satisfaction. This has made one of the most back straining jobs I had a lot easier, and does a better job than vacuuming and separately mopping the floor with my Cuban mop. I will never be without this again. Not sure how long the symphony will last, but if it ever quits, I will happily buy another one.

Appreciate this product when it works. However, I've purchased two and they both broke. They didn't stand behind their warranty, but instead offered me a 20% discount on a new one. However, you can buy it for 35% cheaper at another retailer.

Works great just like advertised. The only problem is the water fill cup does not stay on the handle.

I have off white Pergo floors that show every piece of dust or debris. I would be lost without my Symphony. It cleans and vacuums at the same time and at age 80 I am able to clean my house thoroughly. Whenever I look after a 3 year old granddaughter and food or drink should fall I just steam and sweep it all away. Have been using BISSELL for years and have turned my children on to the brand and in particular the Symphony model.

It's extremely hard to maneuver on carpet with it's padded bottom. The wheels do nothing and the vacuum openings too small.All it does is drag the cat hairs around and doesn't suck I wish I could return it I only used it once at 65 yrs old I don't need the stress.

The concept of this product is great. I would not buy it again, because of the difficulty filling the input tank. I did not receive a measuring container that would be the right size and shape to pour into the awkward area provided to fill the tank. A tank that would detach would be greatly appreciated, easier to fill/empty. Customer service has been dismal. Rep could not speak understandable English, and would not transfer me to someone else.

The vacuum is AMAZING and more powerful than larger ones I've had in the past. Having one small device that also steMs/sanitizes my floors is PERFECT!

I got this for Christmas and have loved it ever since! I unfortunately got one that stopped working after about 2 months. But BISSELL was eager to resolve the issue. I had one delivered to my house not even a week after reaching out to their customer service. BISSELL provides the best customer service and care about every BISSELL purchasing customer!

This vacuum/steam mop is so amazing!!! I absolutely love that we can vacuum and put a mop cover and steam mop. I run a dog kennel and this is very important to keep our home clean and sanitized.

I bought this in Feb of 2021. After a year, it leaked profusely and stopped producing steam. Bissell sent me a replacement, but sure enough less than a year later, the same thing happened. Bissell has never had a good reputation for making good and reliable products, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

Vacuum has not suction tried everything to fix it got sent a replacement that Is just as bad as the original now they won't even refund the defective product.

So far I love this sweeper/steamer

This is great at keeping our hardwood floors clean and sanitized with two young kids. My only complaint is that the vacuum is quite loud. #sweekstakes
