A: I purchased it and of course dimensions are 12x12x8. When I confronted support they droped the call. Great service and lying company. Let's do law suit.
submitted byFriendly - 2 months agoA: I just purchased this microwave and contrary to what the Black & Decker Team has answered a year ago the internal dimensions are exactly as Greenmachine indicated: 12"x12"x8". The turntable is 10 1/2" in diameter. The turntable of my previous microwave which was about the same external size as this one was 12". I will probably be returning this.

I purchased this microwave on 8/31/22. It doesn't get alot of use, maybe 3x a week. In the last month, it just stops. It runs 2-3 mins then stops. After about 2 mins, it seem to reset it's self. I set the cook time again, it runs 2 mins and stops again. Totally unreliable.

Pros: It’s a microwave and occasionally heats up food, and it costs less than $100. Cons: when I heat up food, regardless of stirring and changing the position of the plate, the temperature is consistently uneven. As in boiling hot on one half of the meal, frozen on the other half. The alarm is also incredibly loud and you cannot silence it (either as a default setting or if you open the door and remove the food or press STOP, the microwave continues to blare it’s nasty little siren until every child within a block is awoken from their precious slumber). At least I haven’t experienced the electrical fire I see other reviews mentioning, so yay! I’ve yet to be killed by my kitchen appliance! Just don’t bother.

Small, compact, low frills and respectable power. Downside - if you’re using it as a countertop microwave and not securing it down, the unit is so lightweight that trying to open the door drags it toward you and out of place. You need some kind of nonstick mat or other solution.

this unit is less than 6mos old...we are easy on appliances and never use metal or flammable stuff inside; mostly used to heatup hot water or frozen meals. 3 older adults live here...no one abuses this appliance. it has never sounded right but seemed to work fine. Saturday hubby went to heat up his Corelle plate for less than a minute and it shot flames inside the enclosure. he quickly opened it and shut it again and pulled the plug. It made a sizzling and pop sound and the flames went out when the door was shut. So we are again out of a microwave. Going back to Sharp Carosel...never ever had trouble with it or with GE. how can a simple microwave be so hard to find? just a basic, yet quality unit, just used heat up food? The last one we had for years. and previous ones before that even longer. I'm just thankful it didn't burn our house down!!!

Purchased this product less than 2 year ago and today a ball of fire. Had a few microwaves in my life and lasted a reasonable amount of time, 6 to 8 year with accational use, reheating meals and popcorn. But less than 2 year, DISAPPOINTING!!

I ordered this microwave on 12/29/21 and it started sparking on 1/15/23. I never put metal in the microwave and I’ve cleaned it multiple times but it still sparks. I have never had a microwave that didn’t last at least 5 years. Such a disappointment.

The microwave had a plastic smell that never went away. The smell was strongest after heating up anything. It's also loud as it runs. I returned it for the comparable Proctor Silex microwave. So far, the Proctor Silex is great.
