Black & Decker -Worst Microwave I ever bought...Broke already less than 3 months

Received last of June, now not the end of September and the oven will not work properly. Had a horrible noises coming from it, sounded like an airplane. Tried to report issue to company since was only 3 months but was told it was normal operating sounds on video I had to send. Funny thing, I tried to video the oven, when it got ready to make the sound after a less than a minute and it blew my breaker in my home. I could not get a video of the sound, told them it blew breaker but they told me the sound I did have was normal. Okay? Save your money and buy another brand. Black and Decker has really let me down lately with more than this product.

Do NOT buy this - I never review things, but this review felt warranted. I purchased this microwave a few weeks ago and the turntable made a grinding noise. I figured I had just gotten a dud, which happens, but I would exchange it. I just received the second microwave. I plugged it in and it surges as it cooks. Definitely returning this one immediately as it is unsafe. So now I have two of these that I have to return. Glad I tested the second before I returned the first. It's a shame because the design is great. If it worked. And it doesn't. I expected more from Black and Decker

Item originally received damadged. The glass door was completely shattered. Support sent a replacement immediately upon contacting them. The 2nd shipment arrived in perfect condition. It has been over a week and the microwave works perfectly. It is a bit louder than our last one, but it's not obsessively loud - we're just used to a quieter device. Heating seems to work perfectly, much better than the microwave we had previously. Satisfied with purchase.

The microwave is very spacious. Many functions to explore. If only it had arrived in a better condition. Shipped in original box which took a beating. Like it was dragged and thrown. Inside the box, the styrofoam had crack. Microwave looks ok. No physical damage seen. Then when plugged in, was very loud, there was vibration noise when heating food. Had to return this oven as it did not sound safe to use. Otherwise it could have been a very nice replacement for my 20 year old tiny microwave.

The microwave seemed nice and likely would have worked well. However I purchased this microwave to put inside a cabinet, and was looking for specific dimes ions that would fit. Based on the dimensions listed in the description it would be about 20” wide, but when the product arrived it was several inches wider than described and did not fit inside my cabinet. If you’re looking for a specific size, the listed dimensions aren’t accurate.

The door was broken, it didnt line up, and wouldn't latch. there was also a dent on the side of it. It arrive completely useless and target didn't take back the broke one, so i had to pay my local area to dispose of it.
