I haven’t tried the drill it’s yet but had to laugh when I found out I was not alone on confusion on the packaging. It took reading 3 different reviews to figure it out. First things first, how to open the case (rather than just write a review complaining about it): the clear plastic tab on the top, you know, the one you've been trying to pull forward... push it down from the top, towards the base of the case, instead. I haven’t even had the chance to use it yet, but any product that takes an hour, reading the suggestions of other complaining customers and two YouTube videos just to open the stupid thing will never live up to what used to be positive expectations. Difficult to open and they fall out of the spots inside the case so you don’t know what size they are and the tiny ones get stuck. Nice product but the packaging needs redesigning!

Got this as a Christmas gift THREE YEARS ago. I finally decided to open the bottom. After a couple hours it was not much of a problem for a HAMMER. Upper case is a bit worse for the wear, but still works.see moreof the reviewer's review
