20 minutes runtime verses 16 hours charge time. This is way overpriced.

We purchased a a black and decker dirt buster advanced clean, plus. We’ve had it less than a year and it will not charge. It has been taken care of. It has been stored in a closet when not in use. I’m sorry, but I cannot unable to reach anybody by the 800 number or on a chat line. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I call I never called during the right time so there’s never an agent available because they’re always closed. I will never purchase another Black & Decker product EVER.!!!! If I could’ve given this product as zero rating, I would’ve done that instead of a one

Useless - could not vacuum up one dog hair (ONE) - threw it away and wasted my $

Nice for picking up small messes. We have not had ours for very long, but it seems to be working pretty well.

This item works so well for me. It sucks everything up and perfect to keep in your trunk for a perfectly clean car.

It is great for picking up kid crumbs and we keep it stored in the corner on it's charger so it's always ready to go. It is easy to work, lightweight, and empties easily. Overall, it is a great tool to have.

Marking this one star because I purchased these almost 3 months ago, and you still cannot find any compatible filters for these anywhere online. Parts store is also out of stock. The filters get dirty quickly and have to be replaced every month or so if used often. Disappointing.

This vacuum exceeded my expectations. It has very strong suction, has the right sized crevice tool, not too heavy and so far the battery has not run out when I have used it.

I even used this when I was sanding down something for a project and it picked up all the dust. The filter did an amazing job and it's so easy and quick to empty it. The light is a huge bonus! This comes with different attachments for smaller hard to reach messes as well.

I have their food and litter boxes on hard wood floors and every day I have to sweep. Now that I have this vacuum, I can just pick up the dropped food and litter that is tracked out of the box. It picks up the food and the litter perfectly and emptying it is no problem. I use it and put it right back on the charger.

The suction power is much stronger, and the LED light that turns on while vacuuming is surprisingly helpful for spotting crumbs and dust in darker spots. The flip-up brush is clever, and the built-in crevice tool is perfect for tight areas like between couch cushions or along baseboards. It’s a little disappointing that this version doesn’t come with a wall mount, but we bought a clear acrylic shelf for it and that works great. The only small flaw is the waste bin release button, which sits right where your thumb naturally rests, so both my husband and I have pressed it by accident a few times instead of the power button. Even with that, this Dustbuster is fantastic. It makes cleaning up daily messes so quick and easy, and it’s one of those tools you don’t realize how much you need until you have a really good one.

It charges quickly and the battery lasts us several days before needing to charge it again. It has a small light on the top to make crumbs more visible which we love.
