It doesn't even charge, and I think it is a faulty charger problem but I can't say for sure

This vacuum serves better as a boat anchor. Suction on it is virtually non existent. Waste of my pension money. DON'T BUY IT! #youvebeenwarned

Bought this one at a Walmart store couple days ago, the price was good considering the power level, and the wet/dry feature. In overall the product is good, good suction, long lasting battery, it really sucks liquids, but there are few things that really decrease my evaluation for it. First, the cleaning process is not much practical, it needs to remove everything to empty the cup. Also, since I use it to clean the mess from my small daughter, which includes food, some of the debris get stuck inside the cup, where I cannot reach, and water does not remove it either. And last thing, there is no power or charging light, how so?!

I bought this in Walmart less than a year ago. I trust the brand, so I didnt keep the receipt, nor the packaging. But its been very disappointing. The motor died in less than 1 year. It worked quite well and I really liked it, but if its not gonna last long, I would just get another one. I dont recommend this product at all.

Although I saw mixed reviews I bought this handvac here in Netherland thinking ‘it’s a Black + Decker, how bad could it be’. They’re lucky I can’t return it for a refund because if I could I would. It has minimal power. It couldn’t even pick up basic bread crumbs on a hardwood floor. Forget about trying to use it on a carpet or couch. I am so upset with myself for having bought this product, as soon as I can save to get a better handvac this thing is being tossed. I’ve seen children toys with more power than this.

I bought this from Target about four months ago. Right off the bat I was less-than-impressed with the suction, but it seems to be getting worse over time. We use this multiple times a week- we have kids so they drop crumbs on the wood floor in the kitchen, we have cats so clean up cat hair, and all the little other odds and ends we don't want to get a full-size vacuum out for. Unfortunately, this does not do the job. I held it over a pile of dirt I had swept up, and it didn't pick up even half of it. It was empty and charged, thus no reason for it to not suck up the dirt and crumbs. I've used all the attachments except the squeegee, and still hardly any suction. I can feel it on my hand, so I know that it's working, perhaps it just not powerful enough. I checked reviews before going to the store and this was decent on Amazon so I took a chance. Don't do the same- don't waste your money.

I cannot find replacement batteries anywhere. I thought that it would be less expensive to replace the nickel cad battery than to just go out and buy a whole new dustbuster, because I really like the one I have and I'm kind of lost without it. It won't charge or hold a charge so I'm certain that the battery is spent, but where do I find a replacement ?
